Offix Solutions has been a go to partner for all of my online and local businesses. They are the ONLY provider who for a low price of $60 include EVERYTHING. This also includes the very convenient mail scan and mail notification features. This saves you a lot of money on mail forwarding and postage fees, let alone the time it takes to receive mail electronically vs forwarded by post office.

I can't recommend them enough. They are the most affordable, feature packed, friendly people in this business.

Most importantly, they don't nickel and dime you!

Items listed as in stock and ships within 2-5 business days were actually not in stock or backordered. I placed an order online for items on October 30, 2014. The order number is XXXXXXX. My visa prepaid card was XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.I have email containing the contents of the order as well as order verification. I purposefully bought items listed as being in stock and ready to ship in 2-5 business days because I was paying with a prepaid credit card that would expire in the next month. Order was placed successfully. November 25, 2014 I receive an email notifying me of a backordered and that my order still has not shipped. I was asked in the email how I would like to proceed. I sent two emails back with different options on what to do next but never heard a response back. I tried calling multiple times but could not reach anyone until my third call another week later. The back ordered item was replaced with a substitute item in stock. This was early December around. I thought everything was all set at this point. On December 22 I received another email saying my payment information needed to be updated. I tried contacting customer service on the phone again multiple times leaving message but did not hear back. I finally talked to a woman named [redacted] who told me they never placed payment using my prepaid card because the items were backordered. At this point my prepaid card has expired which means I have lost ~$46 that the order total came to. I explained that I picked all items in my order that were shown on the website as in stock and that the card should have been billed when the order was placed if the items were truly in stock as advertised. [redacted] stated that they don't bill the card until the entire order was ready and now I just needed to update my payment information to proceed. I explained again that the items I ordered were not backordered items when I placed the order and now I lost the money on the prepaid card because of the false advertising of being in stock. This went around in a circle a couple of times. I asked to figure out some sort of resolution, but [redacted] would not discuss it further and the phone call ended.Desired SettlementI would like to receive my order I placed. I have lost the $46.72 on my prepaid card because it is now expired. This would not have happened if Atomic Empire had billed the card on time if the items were actually in stock as described on the online store. That was why I had specifically picked those items in my order. I am willing to compromise in order to at least recoup some of my loss. I would accept the following items from my order: Autmn Bronzeleaf, Lem, Mangu Timur, Mason Thornwarden, and Valeros. I feel that this is a more than fair compromise on my part as those items only total $10.48 plus $5.48 in shipping cost.Business Response /[redacted]/I'm sorry that you didn't receive a response to your concerns! It is our policy to not charge customers until their orders are ready to ship. We are always happy to update billing information if you know that a card is going to expire. However, We unfortunately can't accept responsibility for any funds you lost when your pre-paid card expired. As an apology for the difficulties you had reaching us and the inconvenience, we are sending you the Reaper miniatures you ordered. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information in the next few days.Consumer Response /[redacted]/Thank you for reaching a compromise and addressing my concerns. I look forward to receiving the Reaper miniatures you are sending me.Final Consumer Response /[redacted]/
