Robert and his crew were BEYOND amazing! I called them the day prior to my move and they had availability. They worked hard and fast! They moved everything and were super careful with EVERYTHING. They even moved stuff to our upstairs bedrooms. We were extremely blessed for them to do that. They got there on time, and worked in a timely manner. Super respectful. Thank you Atomic moving for all your help! We appreciate you! We would definitely recommend them to all of our friends and family and our surrounding neighbors!

Moving company were careless. They dropped a dresser, which cracked all the way down on both sides. When we offered to help man get it; he refused. He continued to move it and banged it into the wall making a hole and scrapping off the paint. They tore up dryer vent. Saying they couldnt get it unscrewed. Knocked a dent in dryer. ( Which now isn't working.) My table has pieces chipped off of it. We have a bicycle with the paint scratched off on one side. Chair has been broken. I called *** and told him about these things. He made excuses. The only thing he offered to replace was the vent to dryer. And to paint over the scratches. I do not live there anymore. That will come out of deposit.
They showed no remorse when dropping dresser or tearing up walls. They are not professional at all.
All of my applicances and furniture are just two months old. Deposit, dryer, table, chair and bicycle costs around $3000.00. They charged me $ 260.00 for moving. Also, they didn't tell me about traveling charges. They were 15 minutes away and charged me for an hour.

We apologize that our services did not satisfy your expectations. We strive for excellence. We set the highest standard for ourselves, and we are sorry to hear that this was not met in your interaction with our business. Our guys stated throughout the move that they are not responsible for damages in transport due to having no pads or straps in the uhaul. We offered to pay for the dryer vent and the wall she declined and demanded more.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:

Regards,
The only time anything was said about not being held responsible was at the very end when they were going to pack the tv’s. *** said he didn’t feel comfortable packing them so we put them in our cars, ourselves. He showed no remorse what so ever when dropping our dresser and then knocking a hole in the wall. He did say he would paint it. First, of all it is a rent house that we are no longer in and second, you can’t hide a hole with paint. I just want the man to be professional and own up to his mistakes instead of trying to pass the blame to someone else.

We regret that your experience with Atomic Moving didn’t meet your expectations. We were hired to load a uhaul billed and paid by the hour for labor services only in the amount of $260. Since Atomic Moving did not complete the transport we do not feel we are responsible for your items.

We mentioned several times the risks of transport without proper ties and padding customer requested that we proceed. Our team even helped to locate a box for the tv’s trying our best to make your items were safe when loaded in the car because we refused to place in the uhaul.

Our offer remains to replace and or reimburse for the dryer vent that was damaged upon removal. Additionally our offer remains to be responsible for knick in the wall from the dresser

Since this property has been identified as a rental we request an itemized bill from the property owner and or leasing agent to ensure the cost associated are related to that incident only.

Again we apologize for your experience and regret that we were unable to satisfy a customer. Our continued high standards remain for a cost effective professional experience with Atomic Moving.
