We did get in contact with the customer again this morning regarding his termite activity. We explain to all our customers that a structure needs to be treated every 3-5 years in order to maintain the protection from termites. The customer was told that his warranty will be in place till it’s...

expiration date and then if he wants to maintain coverage on his home, we needed to treat his home and remade again at the discounted rate of $700 (instead of $960). Customer stated that he called other companies and was told the same thing regarding the chemical and warranty, but he didn’t want to pay for termite service on his home again every 5 years. Unfortunately, the chemical only holds up for a period of time before a new barrier needs to be put down to protect a structure from termites. Customer decided not to go with termite coverage options.

After interviewing and receiving estimates from 8 different pest control companies-we chose Atomic Pest Control to exterminate/annihilate our bed bugs. My daughter went on a camping trip with her community college to a bible camp in Prescott and wasn't told until Saturday night, that the men's cabins had bedbugs. Obviously the bedbugs were brought into the young ladies cabins and voila! we found out later that what my daughter thought were carpet beetles, were in fact, bed bugs!

$900 later and we can safely sleep at night in our own beds, without camping out in the living room for a month, until we could afford to get rid of the darn things!

Jon came out from Atomic Pest Control and looked around our house. He answered all our questions. He was very thorough and nice. He understood our frustrations and concerns. The bed bugs seemed to like me (the mom) by biting me everywhere. I had large welts and itched like crazy; at night I took Bendryl so I could sleep!

We had to do a lot of prepping and it took longer than we estimated. Travis came at 8:00am, Saturday morning to begin setting up the heat units and large fans. The heat is the only thing that kills the eggs of the female beg bug. The female bed bug can lay an egg that produces 300 babies. It can really get out of hand.

We have four small rescue dogs, and we have a nice dog run in our backyard, so our dogs stayed there while our house was treated. My son's geckos were in their tank in our backyard and our fish were able to live in the tank with the filter shut off. We covered the tank.

All combustibles had to be removed, all bedding stripped, everything out of the closets and bagged up, and more. We bought a box of leaf sized garbage bags at Costco and bagged everything that we could.

Travis was understanding, friendly and expressed empathy for what I am sure he has heard a thousand times of our issues with these disgusting bugs. He was informative- explaining about his experience with helping others get rid of this pesky pest. He helped my husband move out our 55" inch television to the garage. He was very patient! We still had a lot to do on the morning he arrived.

He texted me and kept in touch during the process of eliminating the bugs. We left for awhile and returned to unlock the garage so he could spray our garage. He also sprayed our cars before we left the house the first time. After he was finished with the heat treatment, he sprayed our house along the baseboards all throughout and our furniture where the pests were hiding out as well.

He recommended we stay out for a few hours after the treatment was finished--to allow the bed bugs to cook and for the house to cool down. He told us to open up the house when we returned and allow the outside air to enter and help with the cooling. We could not turn on our air conditioner until much later in the night. We had all of our ceiling fans on high to aid in the cooling down process. We sat in our backyard for awhile.

I recommend Atomic Pest Control. Atomic Pest control has professionals dedicated to the business of exterminating. They are professional, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Atomic Pest Control is reasonable and they return back in less than two weeks to check to make sure the bed bugs are completely gone and we have a written warranty for 60 days.

I feel confident that our problem was solved. I wouldn't wish this problem on my worse enemy. It makes everyone miserable and irritable and now we have our lives back again. Thank you ATOMIC PEST CONTROL.

Review: I was contacted by Atomic Pest Control to extend the termite warranty which they were servicing. The warranty was originally through [redacted] which I was informed by the Atomic Pest Control representative was purchased by Atomic Pest Control. The warranty agreement states that it is renewable for $95/year. I was then informed that Atomic Pest Control would not honor the agreement and would require a full retreat of the home for $700 and then provide new terms for a warranty on the property.

The original agreement was for the main house at a cost of $775 to treat and warranty the property and a second agreement was put in place for treatment of the detached ramada area at an additional cost of $185 and included adding it under the existing warranty agreement on the property.Desired Settlement: Extension of the existing termite warranty on the house and ramada per the terms of the warranty agreement.

I used to use [redacted] exterminating company for my pest control issues on a tri monthly bases, on one of my service dates I was informed [redacted] either merged or was bought out by Atomic pest control LLC, thinking I was still gonna get great service I continued business with Atomic. The first time Atomic sprayed I had no issues they sprayed the inside and whole outside of my house even asked that I bring my dogs in until the chemicals dried but they did not get the spider webs I asked them to get rid of. I called back informing them I was still having bad bug problems after a spray, they said they would come back out at no cost and fix the problem so the receptionist scheduled an appointment with me for the following Tuesday between 8 and 11 am so I wrote it down on my calender, that Tuesday came and by 1 pm no one had showed up so I called and asked why? I was told my appointment was actually scheduled for the Wednesday not Tuesday, no one called to tell me they messed up the scheduling. When they did come they sprayed again but missed the spider webs AGAIN... The next service I recieved was September, the man who came out to my house asked if I wanted the inside sprayed so I said yes please but DO NOT go in the bedroom that is shut because my 17 month old son was sleeping in that room he said okay. When he finished the inside he said he was goingbto do the front and back yard and I asked him to get the spider webs, he said okay. When he was finished a short time later he handed me my invoice and left. As I looked at my invoice there was typed in chemicals of which they use on my house everytime they come but 2 were crossed off and 2 were hand written in, I wasnt informed of the change of chemicals and I noticed he did not spray my backyard, get the webs in my front yard that I asked be taken care of and he sprayed in the room I told him NOT to spray in cause my sleeping child, I called back for these reasons asked why I got this kind of service and was told there was nothing they could do besides have the manager call so I informed them I was not making payment on this service. Well manager called me, I explained the situation he said he would look over my account and call me back. When he called me back he said everything looked fine on his end but he would cut the service price from 95 dollars to 42.50, I did not agree to that as the technician ignored my request to notbspray in my sons room as well as he skipped over my backyard and the spider webs and messed with the invoice not explaining anything to me, again I was told there is nothing they can do that they still wanted the 42.50 and they can come re do service and thats it no apologies nothing. I am very disappointed in the company and will no longer be using them for my pest control issues and will not recommend them to anyone. They are all very rude people and do not care about their customers or their requests.

Review: [redacted] told me for $225 they would guarantee no gopher activity for a month. The guarantee was never given in writing (hence just a sales pitch). I told him most of the activity was behind my fence & that I lived on a golf course. Several days later I noticed further activity & called. Jon said they could not go behind my fence because of "property lines" something he never mentioned during the first call. I said I would take responsibility & he sent someone out, whom he specified to "do not treat gophers outside property lines" so there was no reason to waste his or my time. I called and wrote a letter to the owner [redacted], requesting $125 refund, since other services charged $99 to set a gopher trap without any guarantee of success. I have never heard back despite telling him I would file a Revdex.com complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like $125 back since there was no "guarantee" and I was not given full information when I hired Atomic. I was not told they only come out twice and that they could not go behind my fence, where I told them most the activity was. This is the going price for setting a gopher trap. I think it is a fair settlement.
