Specifically Regarding ~~~~>>>> < "MrKorean P***" > Atomic Rooter's Representative Service Rep & Plumber < "MrKorean P***" > (AKA > K.P.) who agreed to make a service call and, if possible, do everything in his power to save us from this sudden lack of water availability, water usage and concurrent plumbing problem and pipeline/toilet overflow flooding situationKP agreed to this contract on the same day that he might have been enjoying "The 50Th Super Bowl ~ beginning within two hours from when (KP) Korean P [redacted] arrived!!! I should also mention, he had to drive many miles to get to our house and many miles backSo, needless to say, I was already feeling impressed but equally somewhat on edge and concerned about cost factors and repair reliability while awaiting KP's arrivalEssentially I did not know KP and what kind of workmanship to expectWould the job actually get done? How long and what would be the final outcome? Would we be able to take showers, use our bathroom and would the problem be solved and the blockage eliminated so our daily life could go on uncomplicated...?!!!?Bottom Line #1:>>>>> We had a severe drainage problem with water actively flowing out of our main pipeline cascading down into our basementA complete blockage existed that would prevent our family from having access to/or usage of our bathroom, our shower, our clothes washer, our dishwasher and any other form or usage or access to our water or bathroomShould we need to use any of our washer appliances or our shower or just use a toilet ~> gallons upon gallons of water and toilet waste would possibly overflow perhaps damaging floors, basement, and much moreIt had already started but not yet a total loss or great damageBut it could be if the blockage wasn't removed, thus eliminating the entire plumbing problemThis is what we faced and prayed for a solution forKorean P [redacted] / KP arrivedI'll immediately tell you he is and was a great guy, greatly knowledgeable and (in essence) a truly good human beingHis didn't offer a representative's spiel or list of selling pointsHis actions and work was and remains a silent selling point"KP" was and is the real dealHE was "PROFESSIONAL" in every way and tackled the problem hebringing in a two hundred pound drum of Rooter cable (with cutting tool and accessing tools) into our basement connecting the cable and plunging it into the main line after opening the pipes key access pointAnd then it startedKP ran the cable, pushing it, maneuvering it and literally busting his arms, hands, legs, butt and every bodily muscle to wrangle and get the cable and blades into positions to cut through the blockages once he connected, having contact with themTruthfully, this was a rough one as it seemed to take over three hours, but finally, after exhausting work, KP broke through as he hit areas of the blockages several timesKP realized we'd hit tree roots that had to be cut through, sliced and eliminated ~ thus opening a significant gap for the water flow and all waste to resume its journey into the sewer linesIn point of fact, KP worked straight through for at least hours stopping only for very brief moments when his hands and fingers crampedI could only watch, holding a light source, as KP worked the wild and powerful cables' movement, directing it, moving it, forcing it until the large blade finally cut through several times, chopping into and hacking up the multiple roots blocking the outer pipesKorean P [redacted] is the complete professionalHe absolutely has a command over a highly physically demanding job, not giving up until the work situation is resolved and completedWhile he puts everything into resolving whatever plumbing problem he confronts, he also seems to greatly sympathize with the customers' needs, realizing and assessing the fact that unless the plumbing problem is completely resolved, the person or family will be left in a very difficult position for the coming days or weeksBottom Line: I fully recommend KP (Korean P***)He is truly a decent and exceptional human being as well as a compassionate, very hard working individualHe will do everything possible to resolve and repair whatever plumbing situation you are dealing with, frustrated by and feeling greatly troubled with!!! These guys really did the job right and stayed until it was doneBy the end of the night, the drains were clean throughout the house, I had a video of my sewer line, and no questions that there would be problems in the futureThey stayed late and made sure I was up and runningCould not recommend them more highly

Korean P[redacted] / KP arrived. I'll immediately tell you he is and was a great guy, greatly knowledgeable and (in essence) a truly good human being. His didn't offer a representative's spiel or list of selling points. His actions and work was and remains a silent selling point. "KP" was and is the real deal.
