ATTENTION!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM!!! I PURCHASED SHIRTS FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTSFIRST OFF, THE WEBSITE IS HORRIBLE AS I COULDN'T EVEN PLACE MY ORDER!! THEN WHEN I CALLED SOMEONE "FINALLY" ANSWERED AND TOOK MY MONEY RIGHT AWAY!!! I NEVER SAW MY ORDER NOR DID ANYONE EVER ANSWER THE PHONE AGAIN!! I TRIED EVERY DAY FROM DECEMBER UNTIL CHRISTMAS EVE!! NO ANSWER AGAIN!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!

I have ordered many times from this business and spent a ton of money here because I love their products but unfortunately the customer service aspect of things isn't good all of a suddenRecently I had pre-ordered a bunch of stuff from them back in august and spent much more than I think it's worth now, and I have been waiting for months going on months now to recieve my itemsI have called numerous times and left messages and also emailed them the past weeks now to check on the status of my order and potentially cancle itI have not heard anything back at all which is upsetting and highly annoying I am at the point where I will not order from here againThere customer service use to be good until they transferred over to an automated system and now I can't get any answersNo one seems to be answering the phone anymore probably because they *** *** too many peopleover $spent this time around and silence from every aspect is extremely disappointingThat's money that I could have put toward my family instead, but now I can't even get that back because no one will answer!!!!!

I have ordered shirts over 9 times ( 37 shirts) and after 5 of the 9 orders being messed up over the past two year I have given up on this company. The only way I could get a hold of them was filing a dispute with my bank... then they contacted me ( over 6 weeks of emails).. No apologies, no "we messed up again" but apparently they tried to make amends by sending me my last order for free but I moved (120 Days after the order).. So someone is enjoying the shirts I never received.. do yourself a favor and don't order from them.. unless you like stress and the wrong items shipped to you... beware

Purchased shirt on August 29th and never received product. Failed to respond to two inquiries about the delivery. Ordered a shirt from the company and never received the delivery. Emailed the company on two separate occasions and never received a response. A month since I ordered the shirt I still have not received the shirt. Desired SettlementI would like the item to be delivered and due to the long delay without explanation I would either like a refund or discount for future purchases. I ordered a sign just over a month ago, and it has not been deliveredI placed an order on [redacted].com on 6/18 for a tin sign. It stated on the website that it would be 7-12 days to ship. It has been over 30 days and it has not shipped. Phone calls and emails to customer service go unanswered. I tried to use social media to get some kind of answer, and I got nothing. My girlfriend had to make over 10 phone calls to them on my behalf to get ahold of someone. They are now only communicating with her. I receive no response from them. I have been refunded shipping, but I still do not have this item.Business Response Customer called our warehouse on 7/18/2016. At that point we explained to the customer that we were experiencing delays with this product. That said, we refunded the customer their entire shipping cost ($13.80).

Products paid for, but never received. I purchased 2 shirts from this "company"without reading the reviews first. I made the purchase on 8/20/2016 and it is now 10-04-16. Complaint[redacted] has taken payment and refuses to deliver the product that was ordered in a timely manner.Purchase W-XXXXXX was placed on 9/7/2016 in the amount of $70.75. To date, despite multiple assurances from the business that the shirts would be shipped "by the end of the week" no shirts have been shipped. I spoke with the VP of Operations, [redacted] on or about 9/14 and was assured that my order would be completed "immediately". To date there has been no communication from the company, no product delivery, and no idea when if ever the order will be fulfilled. A 50% refund was credited back to my account, but that in no way changes the responsibility of[redacted].com to fulfill their end of the legal contract that was entered into when they processed my payment in exchange for providing their product. There is absolutely no excuse for a company to take money, and then fail to provide the services and products that were ordered. Repeated attempts to contact the company and reach resolution have failed. At this point, We are seeking legal counsel to investigate the merits of a class action lawsuit based upon the HUNDREDS of complaints, and unfilled orders that have come to our attention.Desired SettlementShip the products that were ordered.Business Response After communicating with the customer via e-mail, text messages, and phone, we refunded the customer 50% of his order and let him know that we were still going to ship his order as soon as we possibly could. We did not state that we would ship the order "immediately" as that is not possible for us to do so.On 10/6/2016, the CEO of the company reached out to the customer via e-mail and the custom acknowledged the e-mail. Furthermore, we sent the customer the remaining money owed on his order via check via UPS Next Day Air. I have contacted the firm three times regarding the status of order Order [redacted], placed on 22 September and have not received any response.I placed order # [redacted] on Thursday, Sep 22 and received confirmation of the order. The confirmation message said that my order would be sent via USPS Priority Mail, but I have yet to receive it. As none of the shirts were pre-order items, there should have been no delay in filling and shipping the shirts. AO 3 October, my order is still "Pending". I have received no responses to the three emails I have sent requesting a follow-up or status on the order to date. My next step is to cancel the order and have my money refunded if they do not respond to the Revdex.com.Desired SettlementEither ship the items ordered or cancel the order completely and refund my money.Business Response Customers order is delayed. However, we are still going to ship the customer their order.Consumer Response I do appreciate the rapid response of the company to the Revdex.com inquiry, and their generosity appears to be the result of that. The fact remains, however, that they have yet to have the courtesy to respond to any of my personal correspondence to them one way or another. In my personal correspondence to the company, I requested either the items ordered or a refund, and was surprised to be receiving both. I do enjoy their products, however, it is very obvious that customer service is not one of their strong points. I seriously doubt I will be doing business with them again since this is the second delivery problem I have experienced with them out of four orders.

Sent a item back for return, and never got resolution after 6+ emails and at least 3 phone calls.Sent back a wallet for return, waited about a month and nothing so I sent numerous emails and made phone calls. out of all of them I recived 1 reply that my issue was being forwarded on and that was the last contact I had from them, that was almost 2 months ago. I paid for a shirt on Sep 1 and have not received it.On Aug 31 I placed an order for a t-shirt, item number [redacted], on the website [redacted]. The t-shirt cost $19 and the shipping charge was $6.75. On Sep 1 my debit card was charged the total amount for this purchase of $26.74. Since then I have emailed this company three times through their email contact on their website and I have received any emails in response. To this date I still have not received what I paid for.
