I already covered that in my initial statement to Charles that this was in advance order, however like I told you (CHARLES) before you gave me deadlines and promise dates after years of waiting The unit that he supposedly delivered was NOT part of the original order It was a separate order I installed on the car not related what so ever to the original order, stop mixing words and taking it out of context I have receipts and e-mails to prove you're inaccurate Thank you for telling me that the project would not apply to me anymore as I already SOLD THE CAR and the owner needs a TRANSMISSION which you are holding! As for your statement we are sendind the transmission back now, I have already heard this before months and months ago I WANT A TRACKING NUMBER NOW, SEND MY TRANSMISSION BACK NOW Also, my refund we discussed Either $for the full amount to my new credit card since I told you the other one is no longer in use Or, $minus $for the new chromoloy long axle long spline thus leaving $as a cash refund which you agreed to and I have emails to prove it I am going to pay to have the transmission open up and make sure that it has not been tampered with, why would you even need to say that? I'll make sure the custom parts I hand picked and had built in the transmission are still in there [redacted] placed an advanced order a while ago for some products that we were not currently manufacturing but were preparing toHis transaxle was part of the suspension and he sent it to usThe project that we were building for him took longer than both of us had expected, however we did deliver a part of the unit and he installed it on his carSince that time [redacted] has sold his car and therefore the rest of the project will not apply to him anymoreWe are sending his transaxle back to him nowIt has been untampered with and is in the same condition that he sent to usComplaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted] ***

[redacted] ordered a custom set of spring plates that are not on the shelf for his European VWHe was informed that these would need to be custom made for him and they are still in the process of being madeI have sent an email to Mr [redacted] to let him know the status of his orderThey will be sent out here very soon as soon as they finish manufacture Kind regards, Charles

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Atomwerk advised me they would probably ship the spring plates this past week (which they did not do) because of their moving They replied the spring plates were done and all that is required is for them to be powder coated, a relatively short period of time to accomplish Now this may or may not be the case With all due respect to them, I have heard since August of last year many reasons why my spring plates have not been returned to me With this type of history, I just cannot rely on their promises to ship these parts When I see them at my front door, I will emit a big sigh of relief Therefore, I wish the Revdex.com to keep this file open until they ship them If you wish to personally discuss this with me, please call at [redacted] Thank you for your interest in my predicament Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I was told by that my plates would be shipped, this is after almost a year of waiting.There have been multiple "reasons" why it has taken so long, and the last was that my plates would be shipped asoon as Charles got he's pay check from his new work.This is months ago, and he haven't replied to me once.And I do not get any respons by email or phoneI do not belive in anything until I see a tracking number, and my products are on my door here in Norway

We are not intentionally withholding Mr***'s shocks or moneyWe are a small company with a staff of only myself and my wifeAt this moment in time finances are very tight and we are unable to refundWe intend on delivering the shocks or refunding as soon as we get money back into our account
I want to thank Mr*** for being a customer and have already delivered the expensive item that he ordered because it is what we manufactureThe other item that he ordered was the rear shocks, which we were selling at the timeHowever we no longer sell these itemsWe intend on refunding or drop shipping the shocks as soon as we have the financesWe are struggling to stay in businessI ask Mr*** to give me a little more time to make good on his orderAs an alternative we can supply him with equal value of an item or items that we manufacture and/or have in stock.

Mr [redacted] made an advanced, prepaid, and non refundable order for our upcoming Adjustable Camber Unit for swing axle VWs. Mr [redacted] did in fact receive a large part of his order, his Racing Adjustable Spring Plates, which are an integral part of the entire unit, and their value is $969. His statement...

that he did not ever receive any product from us is not true. Our records show that Mr [redacted] paid a total of $2199. We have not finished manufacturing the ACU and these units are not expected to be available until next year. We have shown Mr [redacted] that we can and will deliver, so we are asking for a little more patience. 
We are willing to refund, however we are asking that Mr [redacted] work with us by:
1. Allowing us to deliver a different product of equal or better value, or
2. Waiting until the initial project is complete, or
3. Allowing us to refund in small payments.
My company is still struggling so any way that the customer can work with us will be appreciated.

A tracking number was generated and given via email to Mr [redacted] two days ago: UPS [redacted]. I do not understand Mr. [redacted] request to get his money back and to also receive the parts. Can this please be clarified? His parts should arrive to him by sometime next week.

Mr. [redacted] does have an order with us for custom madesuspension parts. He has been sent some of his parts and will be receiving therest of his order soon.  Being that ourparts are custom manufactured there is a lead time and each person’s ordervaries depending on size and complexity. We do...

not give a 6 week ETA on orderssuch as Mr. [redacted] and apologize if that was his understanding. We stateclearly on all terms and conditions that ETA times may vary and they are in NOway a guarantee, just an estimate.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because in an email dated 6-27-14 Jennifer (from Atomwerks Engineering) gave the breakdown of the spring plates/refund is as follows: 
"As of now it looks as though you paid $1699 for the ACU and $500 for the transmission. The adjustable hub costs $789.99 for the 21 3/4 swing axle. This leaves a balance of $1409.01."  (The balance was owed to me.)
Once again when I made the original order, I told Mr. A[redacted] that if it was going to be a long wait I was not interested. He assured me (in January 2013) that by Summer 2013 the ACU would be done.   He's had my money since February 2013 and I just finally got spring plates in April 2016.   Now I want the refund that was explained in the email with a realistic timeline not 3 years.
