my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[The company offered me a refund for my purchase but wanted to reduce the amount refunded by their losses on the transmission. I refeused and requested their second option offered to me instead, which was a replacement transmission. However, the company issued me a refund regardless of my request and reduced my refund by the amount they were losing by not returning the faulty transmission. I was not given an opyion to recieve another transmission, which was still under warranty. My losses far exceed the company's losses in this transaction.]

Review: I ordered a product that is hard o find and they assured me they ha it. Was billed $300 which I paid immediately through PayPal. Three weeks later I had not received it. I called to question it and they aid they would get back with me. Another 5 days go by with no response. I called back and was told they did not have a working unit. I told them to refund my money. They said ok then called back and said they found another unit from another vendor but it was $400. I told them no thank you just refund my money. They pressured me to buy the other unit then said they would give it to me for $350. Again I said no thank you, just refund my money. They said they would. A half hour later, the "owner" called us back and again tried to pressure me to y the other unit. Again we said no thank you, just refund us our money. That was a week ago and still no refund.Desired Settlement: Refund my money now and stop their practice of pressure sales and stop promising they have something they do not, even after thoroughly describing product to insure no mistakes would be made. Stop bragging about not having any complaints with the Revdex.com on their acknowledgement emails.

Review: I purchased a transmission online (www.atozcarparts.com) from A to Z Car Parts (a.k.a. A to Z Car Vaults a.k.a. A to Z Partsbooks), an affiliate of S.P.I. Books at [redacted], and was sent a non-working transmission, which I returned and then received another faulty transmission as a replacement. I contacted the company within the 90 day warranty period after receiving the second faulty transmission but they continue to put me off hang up on me while I am still speaking even though I have always been civil to them. I have spent over $1,400 only to be back in the same position I was when I started...I still need a transmission. I called and emailed the [redacted]< [redacted], numerous times and also sent him a certified letter with a complaint I filed against the company on [redacted] but he did not respond to the complaint and still has not sent me a replacement transmission per the warranty. I have a receipt and email correspondence where he agreed to send me a third transmission but now he is avoiding my calls and will not respond to any messages. This company initially emails their customers claiming to have no complaints against them with the Revdex.com but they actually have an F Rating.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for my initial purchase plus labor costs of $700.00.

Review: After being promised 2-day shipping, my rear axle beam did not arrive until over a month later after they had charged my debit card the day I spoke to "[redacted]" and made the order. When the part finally arrived it was the wrong part completely and I called to have them pick it up and refund my money. I have been very patient and called endless times and left messages and emails and I was promised they would pick it up multiple times now on multiple dates. It is now over a month again and now no one will pick up or return my calls and I am still out almost 300$. I have never dealt with such poor service from any company.Desired Settlement: I also got mysterious charges on my card shortly after working with them and had to get a new debit card, therefore I do not want anything refunded to my card because I do not trust these scam-artists with any of my information. I want a full refund in cash.

Review: I purchased what was supposed a reconditioned engine. After 2 weeks of waiting for delivery, what I ended up with was a used engine. Made a deal with A to Z for a lower price to keep this engine, resulting in a refund. I was told I could expect the refund in about a week, I never got it, called to check on refund was told I had to pay more money then we had agreed upon. I am still waiting on my refund, which has been going on for over 2 months now. The engine had a problem which I had to repair to be in working condition. I have sent several emails and made several phone calls requesting information about refund and reimbursement with no results. They don't answer emails, they don't seem to care what happens after the sale. In my opinion they are not a business I will ever want to work with again.Desired Settlement: $750.00 The refund from the original purchase price to the agreed price. plus $126.00 to repair faulty engine. it took a new came shaft and lifters. Will provide documentation for repairs.

Review: I basically ordered an out of production car part for my vehicle, I contacted them by phone to find the part and recieved a phone call the same day stating they found it and it would cost me $154.00 USD I agreed and he took my debit card payment over the phone and the charge is on my bank statement. I followed up with a phone call and was told by [redacted] that it was shipped and would receive in 4 to 5 days so I then asked for the shipping information, carrier and tracking number. He said he would get back to me. It's been two days and everytime I call I get transferred to and [redacted] who stated to me it would take a couple of hours and no return phone call, previously to that phone call I have left several emails, text messages and phone messages and I have not been responded to by any of these methods. I don't feel like this is an unreasonable request which shoul be standard business practices to provide such standard information upon customer request. Just this morning I called asking the very same thing from a different person who cut me off in conversation to say the shipping dept. wouldn't be in until 3pm. Honestly I have left Atleast 7 or 8 emails and 10 phone messages. I feel like I may have been scammed here and I'm now afraid I should change my bank card. All I'm asking here is a courteous return phone call or email confirming a shipment method and tracking number for a product I paid alot of money for from this company. Please advise how to handle this and get my funds returned to me as soon as possible, as I do not prefer to use this business for my needs ever again. I order various products on the internet almost daily and I have always recieved very good communication about my concerns and requests. This is the first time I have been ignored and blown off like this for good money I pay a business for a product and/or service. Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter involving myself against A to Z auto car parts NY,NYDesired Settlement: I will accept my part order I paid for already and a phone call from the owner only apologizing for this bad business practice. Otherwise I want full refund to my credit card used in this transaction in the amount of $164.00 which included the shipping charge.

Review: I purchased accelarator cable that was defective I returned it according to the instruction given to me by the customer service rep. I returned the part by usps and they gave me a tracking number which I called and gave to customer service rep as I was told. the part was returned on 9/**/2013 at 11:06am according to the tracking information. I have called many times about my refund and I have sent many e-mails as well concerning this matter. Only to be given the run around about my refund the part was 130.00 including shipping.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of money I spent on the part and also the shipping I paid to send the part back to miller imports which was 5.60, which I think is fair after all the bad business I had to deal with.

Review: I ordered a car part from A to Z on June ** of this year. A to Z had part delivered about 2 weeks later after me calling them about 4 times. I never even got a receipt or statement for what I purchased. They never returned my calls although they said they would. When part arrived, it did not have the brackets that I specifically asked for, so I called again. They kept promising that the brackets were on their way. And this went on for about 5 weeks. They finally admitted that they could not find the brackets and said I could either pay more money or they would refund the money when I send the part back to them. This went on for another 2 weeks. I finally got the refund posted on my credit card and after 2 months I had my original money back and no part.Desired Settlement: These people here need to be reprimanded for what they put customers through. I would not be put off. That's why I got something done. They have no regard for customers and their needs. I called them a total of twenty times. They returned my calls twice.
