Company was paid for a service they did not complete. Company will not return calls to rectify issues.
On 12-7-18 company was hired to install a microwave and generator. On 12-10-18 company came to perform services. Microwave install was completed. Worker stated one part needed to complete the generator install, the interlock kit, was on back order and would be in by the end of the week. He stated he would do the install up to where that part was needed then return at the end of the week with the interlock kit to finish the install. The company was paid in full for the two install jobs minus the cost he quoted for the interlock kit, which was $155. On 12-17-18 the company still had not contacted me to return and complete the job so we called the company and left a message inquiring about the job completion. On 12-19-18 we made a second attempt to reach the company. Since that date we have made multiple attempts, including two more calls today, to reach the company leaving messages each time. Company has not returned any calls or tried to rectify this issue in any way. The company cashed the check and it cleared on 12-21-18.
