Review: I was going to rent a senior apt and then found out there was misrepresentation when it came to the available date. I asked that my check and all papers I signed be returned to me. It’s been over a week and I've had no contact from this business. There was misrepresentation and information deliberately deleted during the sales spiel. I want my check and all forms returned immediately.Desired Settlement: I want all the paperwork I signed and my check returned to me immediately. The community sales director, said this would be done but it’s been over a week and I've not received anything.

I am rejecting this response because: I STILL DID NOT GET BACK "ALL" THE PAPERWORK I REQUESTED. ATRIA WAS CLEARLY NOT FOLLOWING WRITTEN POLICY. IF THEY WERE, I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO MAKE THIS COMPLAINT. KRULL CANT EVEN GET MY NAME CORRECT.
THIS COMPLAINT SHOULD REMAIN ON THE Revdex.com'S WEBSITE.
KRULL WASNT EVEN WORKING FOR ATRIA AT THIS LOCATION WHEN THE EVENT HAPPENED, SO HOW CAN HE COMMENT ON IT?
