I accompanied my boyfriend, ***, to the UrgentCare family practice location on the corner of Dobson/Main in Mesa, Arizona*** suffers from severe migraines and our intention of today's waappointment was to determine the cause of his debilitating migrainesThe nurse we saw was extremely friendly and listened to what *** had to say as well as my input as a witness to the pain and other symptoms he experiencesWhen the doctor, *** ***, walked in to see *** she was very rude, disrespectful, and simply wanted to toss *** a different prescription after trying to explain to her he was experiencing SEVERE side affects from the previous prescriptionShe was so short with him that she wouldn't give him the opportunity to explain whats going on, she actually interrupted him to move on to the next question when *** was still speaking and trying to explain his situationI am appalled at the treatment he received from this doctor, and appalled at her sense of professionalismWhen I called in to leave a formal complaint I wasn't given the opportunity to do so, even though I stated that was my intentionIts absurd that a doctor would treat a patient this way and quite frankly its not the proper way to run a businessThis doctor obviously didn't care about her patient as a human being, and I shouldn't have ever had to sit in that exam room witnessing someone disrespect someone I love

[redacted] suffers from severe migraines and our intention of today's walk-in appointment was to determine the cause of his debilitating migraines. The nurse we saw was extremely friendly and listened to what [redacted] had to say as well as my input as a witness to the pain and other symptoms he experiences. When the doctor, [redacted], walked in to see [redacted] she was very rude, disrespectful, and simply wanted to toss [redacted] a different prescription after trying to explain to her he was experiencing SEVERE side affects from the previous prescription. She was so short with him that she wouldn't give him the opportunity to explain whats going on, she actually interrupted him to move on to the next question when [redacted] was still speaking and trying to explain his situation.
I am appalled at the treatment he received from this doctor, and appalled at her sense of professionalism. When I called in to leave a formal complaint I wasn't given the opportunity to do so, even though I stated that was my intention. Its absurd that a doctor would treat a patient this way and quite frankly its not the proper way to run a business. This doctor obviously didn't care about her patient as a human being, and I shouldn't have ever had to sit in that exam room witnessing someone disrespect someone I love.
