The response states that we verbally assaulted the employees and cashiers is completely falseI feel is it more than patient to wait the amount of time we did to have these items replaced before filing this claimI made numerous phone calls to The Atrium to inquire about a delivery date and not once were my calls returnedWhen we went in with pictures and attempted to have the items replaced, no where did it state that the delivery would not be able to be scheduled since it was a warranty claimThe gentleman that helped us pick out the replacements was very kind and worked on a delivery date with usIt was the woman at the front that radioed back and told him that he was not to schedule a deliveryShe informed us that they would call us to schedule a delivery date, that NEVER happenedBy stating that we wanted items replaced under warranty did not and does not give The Atrium permission to come onto our propertyThey like to bend the interpretation of things when it applies to themThis business has been extremely unprofessional throughout our attempt to follow through on warranty issuesBased on several other review websites, we are only one of numerous customers dissatisfied with their experience with The AtriumThe owner [redacted] hides behind a manager title in order to avoid taking responsibility for his businessIt is unfortunate that a business owner would take such little pride in the way they deal with customers and the reputation that follows themI can only hope I can save other potential customers from having to deal with the same level of frustration with poor plant and shrub quality and poor business practicesThe Atrium couldn't even file a response to requests from the Revdex.com by the deadlines stated, that speaks volumes to their unprofessional practices

Based on several other review websites, we are only one of numerous customers dissatisfied with their experience with The Atrium. The owner [redacted] hides behind a manager title in order to avoid taking responsibility for his business. It is unfortunate that a business owner would take such little pride in the way they deal with customers and the reputation that follows them. I can only hope I can save other potential customers from having to deal with the same level of frustration with poor plant and shrub quality and poor business practices. The Atrium couldn't even file a response to 2 requests from the Revdex.com by the deadlines stated, that speaks volumes to their unprofessional practices.
