Atrium Hotel

Review: This hotel charged $275 to my credit card alleging that I had smoked in the room. I vehemently deny this and let the manager [redacted] know. I also explained that I was staying with my two small children and it was preposterous to think I would smoke in a room with them. I truly believe they do this to booster their profits.Desired Settlement: I would like the $275 charge reversed.
