We purchased 13 windows for our home from Atrium windows and doors through the reliabilt company. We paid an extra $6 per window warranty to replace any windows that developed issues. We now have two windows where the gas had leaked out leaving the windows dark and unable to see through. I contacted the company several times requesting that they replace the windows as was promised to us when we purchased them. There is no phone number to call only an online "support" request. They never contact us. Not only did they not stand behind their product, but we paid for warranties on every window and they are not fixing the windows.

It is always disturbing to hear a complaint from a homeowner who has encountered a
problem with the product they purchased, or the service received.
However, after being contacted directly by the Revdex.com, we called the
homeowner and have ordered three pieces of glass under warranty and are shipping
those parts to the homeowner via FedE>e.
We are proud of our product integrity and support one of the strongest warranty
programs in the industry.

The company has contacted us and sent us four windows that were failing and they were perfectly acceptable. In the meantime we noticed one last window with issues and contacted them Friday. They said they will send that one out to us as well. If that is done, then we are completely happy with this company and their response as being excellent in every way.
