Quite disappointed with Superior UniformsMy school requires us to purchase our scrubs through this company, and it has been difficult to say the leastFirst, their website to select and buy uniforms is not easily accessible and organizedAs a college student, I consider myself to be "tech savy," so I can only image what other customers have to face when buying their uniforms onlineSecond and technically third, after purchasing my required scrubs, the confirmation E-mail I recieved did not have any indication on the arrival or amount of time it would take my uniforms to be done (since I chose to pick them up in store)After two weeks of waiting, I decided to give them a callThe woman I spoke to was friendly and helpful, then explained my scrubs were in, but waiting to be embroideredNo big deal, she said they would be done at the beginning of the next weekThe following Friday comes and still no word on my scrubsAgain, I called to ask when I could pick up my uniforms and was told it would be "sometime next week," since they were being done in bulkNow I am waiting another week (or more) for my scrubs to be ready for pickup, when I was told it would only be a few more days from my last callUltimately, this company has done a poor job of communication between their customersI would highly suggest for new customers or other colleges/organizations to look elsewhere with their business until this issue is addressedA helpful hint for Superior Uniforms, tell your customers approximately how long their scrubs will take prior to buying them, so others will not have to face this mess
