I signed an order to install replacement windows with *** ***, the owner of ATS Home Improvements on May 23, He Started to install windows windows on June and return on June to install one more which was the wrong sizeHe proceeded to botched up my window to make it fitHe then stated "I have bitten off more than I chew, just pay me for the three windows." I paid him NOW, I have to pay to correct his mistake
Would like $600 reimbursement for poorly painted kitchen cabinents. The kitchen cabinet should never have been painted in the first place. They were never sanded primed or quality paint used. It was advised by a PROFESSIONAL painter that the job should have not been taken in the first place. Instead a whopping $695.oo charged for a poor job. When asked for a refund he said" No, I am coming out there and using spray cans and will not rent a sprayer." Last contact occurred on 3/8/14Horrible customer serviceDesired SettlementI am seeking $600 in cash as restitution. I can then take the money towards new cabinets

He Started to install 2 windows windows on June 4 and return on June 8 to install one more which was the wrong size. He proceeded to botched up my window to make it fit. He then stated "I have bitten off more than I chew, just pay me for the three windows." I paid him 559.00. NOW, I have to pay 435.00 to correct his mistake.
