Review: I bought a [redacted] for ATS Windows. They came by to perform the services for the [redacted] which was to clean 15 windows for $49. They tried to upsell me and I said "No, I just want what the [redacted] advertised that I bought so just do those windows ( which was only part of my house because apparently they count by panes of glass and not actual window frames so it would really only be 7 windows.) I said that is fine just do that their service guy said "we don't prefer to do only part of a house" and I said "Well I am not paying you anymore over the [redacted] so please just do the 7 I pick". He said he needed to call the owner and he said "no they weren't going to do that and he gave me back my [redacted] info to show me that they did NOT redeem it. He said his boss [redacted] would call [redacted] tomorrow and I would get my refund. When I contacted [redacted] to be sure all this went down correctly I was told by [redacted] that they actually DID redeem my group the night before at 10:56pm. I did not have any service performed on my house and yet they still cashed my voucher which then made me have to get in touch with [redacted] to see about a refund. However, I am extremely upset that the owner [redacted] had the nerve to cash my [redacted] when no services were performed and then he had his worker lie to me telling me he was going to call [redacted] about the refund and instead redeemed it that night I have called him numerous times and left several messages which of course he has not returned. I cannot believe a business would be allowed to do this behavior because he basically stole money from me by cashing my [redacted] and not performing the service. He should not be allowed to dupe anyone else, especially when I said to just do what the [redacted] said ( 7 windows then and they refused) and he told his worker that unless he is making $50 on the house it's not worth it- and then he redeemed the voucher anyway.Desired Settlement: I just want this company to be held liable for taking my money when they did not perform the service - basically they stole from me. I did get a credit from [redacted] however at this point I think I am also due a refund from the company for taking my money without performing any service, for then not returning my calls and making me have to track down someone at [redacted] to get a resolution to this issue. It was very time consuming and unnecessary. Had he just done what he said he would do, which was contact [redacted] and be sure I got my refund this would never have been an issue. I do NOT want to hear from [redacted] or the company directly but I do want to hear about any correspondence you may have with him regarding this issue.

Review: [redacted] from ATS company came to my house and gave me an estimate for windows cleaning. We agreed at $195 for the whole house. At the same time I told him I got to leave in 1.5 hours and he said that he will finish everything inside within 1.5 hours and then I can leave and he will clean the windows from outside. I left the check for him when I left and he left 4 of my windows dirty from outside. These are not hard water stains. I called him the next day and he told me that he will come on tuesday to clean remaining windows. Nobody showed up on Tuesday. I called him back again on Thrursday and Friday. He is not returing my phone calss. I even texted him and he is not responding to my text messages and he is reading my messages though.Desired Settlement: Either he needs to come back and clean those windows OR return the money for those windows ($75) as these are high ceiling windows and difficult to reach .

Review: The company was supposed to provide cleaning services for: all windows, all blinds, all windowsills, all tracks, and all screens. The staff did not clean all windows, blinds, sills, tracks, and screens. I have made several attempts to contact the staff ([redacted]) who confirmed the appointment. He has not returned any calls. No other staff member has returned calls. I have left multiple voicemail messages asking them to contact me and come back out to finish the job as some of the windows were not cleaned properly, the tracks were not cleaned properly, the sills were not cleaned properly, the screens were not cleaned properly, etc. The staff that did arrive were over an hour late and I'm sure they probably rushed to beat traffic. They also broke one slat on a blind and attempted to fix it. After they left it was obvious that the windows, blinds, sills, tracks, and screens were not cleaned...they were merely wiped down with the same dirty cloth as there were smudges and dust and dirt and water spots all over the place. They did not clean the items as they were supposed to.Desired Settlement: When I started this online form I originally went in with the mindset that they just need to come out here and finish the job. However, the unprofessionalism of not returning phone calls and such have made me believe that even if they come out to finish the job, they won't do the actual job of cleaning. So, I would like a refund. This is an embarrassment. The staff should be held accountable for the lack of services performed.

Review: I had ATS Window cleaning out on November 13th to clean windows in my residence. Initial service was basically fine, other than the screens that were not cleaned so when it rained two weeks later, the windows were just as dirty. I called ATS to schedule a follow-up appointment to have them cleaned again as per their 90 day rain guarantee. I talked with Emily and an appointment was made for Wednesday, December 4th at 1pm. I was told that they would be cleaning the outside again only, which was fine, the inside windows were still clean. I hurried home from work on December 4th to be there when the technicians arrived prior to my 1pm appointment. However, nobody from ATS ever showed up or called to advise of any issues or reschedule. I have since tried the company almost daily and only receive the answering machines at both numbers posted. I have left at least four messages on both numbers they list with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my $205 paid for cleaning services on November 13th refunded to my credit card or the exterior windows re-cleaned at my convenience as per their rain guarantee.

Review: ATS window cleaning came out to clean our windows and broke one of the windows they cleaned. We were promised to get called back from their owner whcih never happened. After calling him myself he explained me that he is not liable as the window was already cracked before which is not true.Desired Settlement: Replacement of broken window.

Review: I alled ATS Window Cleaning to schedule an appointment to have them come out to clean my windows and chandeliers. They eagerly came out to see the home and gave me a price on the spot and eagerly called to set up an apt to come out and get the job started. the same young gentlemen who came to give the quote came out with another young gentlemen and started cleaning. I paid for the full service to be done. Inside/Outside windows, seals, frames, screens and chandeliers. I had to leave the house because I had somewhere else to be and talked to the same gentlemen who gave me the quote,"Can I trust you to finish the job, so I can leave?" He assured me, with a response of "Yes, of course we wouldn't leave until the job is done." I gave them the check and even tipped them both $15 each. I came home and the chandeliers where not cleaned properly at all!!!! You can see the dust from the construction still VERY NOTICEABLY on all 3 of them. Then I went to look outside and again to my surprise the screens were not touched and the seals and frames were as dirty as they were before they even came!!! I called the company right away only to get the voicemail over and over an over. When almost a week went by and I threatened them with disputing the check I gave them, I got a quick return phone call back and the owner assured me he was going to come that same week Saturday morning. Saturday comes around and no phone call and no show from anyone!!!!! I kept calling and calling and no answer until this day. They promise a 90 day warranty and not even that has happened. The owner assured me that I'm an important customer and that he wants to make it right because his customers satisfaction are very important to him. BS!!!!! I see how important I really am. This company is a SCAM and I WARN everyone to stay away.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to come out and leave everything properly cleaned, if not I want a full refund including the $30 tip I gave those boys to get the job done!!!!!
