out the exact qualifications needed to obtain the lease specialThe consumer acknowledged that she has seen the ad and also confirmed that she was aware of the items need to qualifyWe did tell her to come in and we would discuss the ad and see if we could come to a dealAlthough she did acknowledge our regular ad she refused to accept anything other than the deal that was an errorWe mailed her a copy of the letter of retraction from our ad agency that Monday and removed the ad from the Newspaper immediatelyIf the consumer hasn't received the letter as of yet I can send it to her againThis is not a course of business for us as we have been here over years and our reputat ion is very goodWe apologized to the consumer and would still love to work out a new deal with her
