To whom it may concern:First of all is not the first time *** *** gets an engine repair by us, she already knows the drillHer attitude doesn't make sense to usFirst, she delayed the first down payment for the vehicle repairs; despite of that we started to search for the engine since she
walked out the door, is not easy to find engines fast, we finally found one used, we bought it, but when you buy a used engine there is no guaranty that it would work, it has to be mounted and tested first, otherwise you have to unmounted and get it exchange, it's a process that you can't get it done from one day to the other and she was aware and explained all about this procedures to her beforehandUnfortunately, this happened with the first engine that we had mounted so we had to go through the whole returned and exchange process and this takes time as I mentioned beforeWe understand she later came and paid in full, maybe she thought by doing this, she would speed up things, (that's not the way it works) plus the vehicle was still on testing periodWe had to pay labor twice for this vehicle but she was never charge for itWhen things like this happen, we as a shop lose money and time from our part, but costumers don't see this thingsYes we were in the process of moving the shop to a better and bigger place for our customers only minutes away from where we were located, but never ever stop working or unattended any vehicleWe are still in the process of letting customers know and so far no one has any complain about this, but *** ***Finally just ask that next time she comes to our shop, do it in a respectfully way, because last time she came threatening us and saying bad words all over the place in front of customers and employeesWe have witnesses, as well as Invoices and documents that can re-enforced everything that's written on this letterWe treat costumers with respect and that's all we ask in return, regardless of any situationIf you need any more information please don't hesitate to e-mail or callOne more thing I would like to mentionI can't believe this is the same Customer who once left a vehicle at the shop for almost two months without, coming to pick it up*** *** came to the shop, got an estimate for an engine change for this vehicle, approved it, but didn't leave a down payment for itLong story short, we didn't hear about her for a while until we had to call her many times to ask her to pick up the vehicleAll that time we needed the space it was occupying to workWe were tired of pushing this vehicle in and out the shop every single morning and night, we had to do it for the safety of the vehicle and once again, we needed the space to workWe were frustrated because the space at the shop was very limited, she made us lose customers, time and money, because costumers were afraid we didn't have enough space to work in their cars and some of them didn't want us to leave their vehicle outside overnightMy secretary called a phone that she left on the invoice and left a message asking her, if she could please do anything to get this vehicle picked up, as soon as possible, otherwise we would charge her for parking and storage, it's in our policyWe also left another message making her aware that we were not willing to intercede with the shop's towing company for not to tow her vehicle from the parking spaces anymoreUnattended vehicles can't be park outside the shop for so long, otherwise will be subject to towingAnother message was also to inform her, we were forced to live her vehicle outside due to limited space within the shop: therefore we were not responsible for anything that could happen to itShe finally answered the phone and came up with a lot of excusesone of then was that a family member of her had passed away, we got touch by that and put ourselves in her position and end up not charging her for time nor storage, plus end up waiting more time for the vehicle to be removedOn a transmission repair we gave her a huge discount to once again help her and since she didn't have all the money, we gave her the chance to pay us little by little, something that we don't do with costumersObviously these is not the vehicle she's talking about, but just wanted to refresh her mind, is so sad that people forget so soon when they were once helped and someone understood and had patient's with their situation
