AT&T is a DISGUSTING companyI have been with them for accumulative of around years, 8+ on this recent accountI even have a business line with them, and I can tell you they will outright LIE to your face to get you off the phoneI have RECORDED phone calls of them repeatedly lying to me over the course of a month an a half, about a plan they changed I NEVER agreed toWhen I provide proof of the plan I agreed upon, they lie to get me off the phoneThey are a TERRIBLE business, LIE to customer faces, are SEVERELY over priced, and don't care anything about their customers, as long as they can milk them for moneySWITCH TO ANOTHER CARRIER, you will be better off

I had at&t dsl and now I switch over to at&t *** and at&t dsl is still charging me

Please pay attention to the details on billing for those switching or new to AT&T
My newly widowed elderly mother was being overcharged $a month because the billing department did not set up her billing correctly with her bundle

Switched to AT&T in June, they had a promo of b1gfree iPhone x I also let the manager talk me into switching to Directv against my better judgement, saying it had improved recently, um really they used our old dish when they came and installed it, ugh Back to the iPhone, surprise surprise our bill is different every month so its hard to keep track of what they are scamming from you Just realized we are not getting our full credit back for the second iPhone and they are saying it was b1giPhone not That was not the info that was given to us when we signed up!
