I hired/purchased personal training sessions from Jonathan K [redacted] (Attain Fitness) on 4/17/for $800.00, in which we agreed to have Jonathan train me on Mondays and Fridays At the time, I had about sessions from a previous session and when Jonathan asked if I am planning to purchase more sessions I told him I will let him know at the end of my then available sessionsHowever, on one of my training sessions Jonathan asked that he needs money to pay his bills and to pay him in advance if I am planning to buy sessionsAt the time Jonathan was expecting a baby and I paid him in advance in good faithDuring the same time Jonathan took other responsibilities and he was not able to make time to train me per our contractual agreementI have asked him to return my money simply because he would not commit to the time he agreed uponAs a result, I was not getting the training I scheduled for or get the training elsewhere Jonathan promised to change his tardiness or cancellation an
