I Thank you Revdex.com, I do not accept their justification of a lie. At NO time did Plain Dealer customer service speak to me about non payment, each message left, it was about renewal or how I could split the payments, but never no call that I missed a payment. A [redacted] call me 216.[redacted] and left a message for me to call her, I did. The first thing she asked was "when would I like to restart my service." My statement was NEVER. Check my credit, I do paid my bills, if I miss a payment and a company send me a notice, I would check my cancel checks, either call them or send payment in, BUT to send me to collection, I do not need a newspaper when I got internet.

I did email the PD when they announced they will no longer supply a free TV guide. They did offer me a reduced price and I did refuse the offer.I appreciated their goodwill offer. I am sorry for any misunderstanding[redacted]
Messages were left prior to customer's service suspension No cancellation attempt was made, the customer was not paid thru November. Another message was left to explain the terms of service again, and resolve any further issue.

The samples were being delivered to a different customer. Not the customer who complained. The delivery of the samples have stopped.
