defective productsgot several different types all from same source and each had the same issue, the tapes on the briefs/diapers either keeped coming off and not sticking or pulled the backing off when attempting to open the tape tab in-order to fasten the diaper/brief. This was a majority of these.contacted company and received no response as to them replacing the products. I did throw away defective ones as DME items are not returnable due to being a sanitary disposable medical product, now im getting a hard time. I WANT FULL REPLACEMENT ALL PRODUCTS NOT 1 ITEM.Desired SettlementI WANT FULL REPLACEMENT OF ALL PRODUCTS. I WANT THEM ASAP. ITEMS ARE: POLY BRIEF, VALUE TIER, EXTRA ASORB. BREATHABLE. ITEM NUMBERS ARE: [redacted]. THE POLY AND VALUE ARE SIZE MED. THE EXTRA ASORB IS SIZE SMALL.I WANT FULL REPLACEMENT OF ALL PACKS / CASES.Business Response Attends Healthcare Products takes very seriously every customer complaint and works diligently to investigate every issue in the most thorough way possible. We were contacted via our company website on 8/21/14 about this customer's complaint with our products indicating that they were not usable due to poor tab performance. Customer asked for resolution. Our Consumer Response Specialist (CRS) entered the complaint on 8/21/14 (Complaint #[redacted]) with the limited details from the website and responded back to the customer via email (customer's contact of choice) asking for more information as the complaint comments weren't very clear and more information was needed to properly help the customer.Customer replied back via phone on 8/21/14 and offered a little more info but stated had no production codes or samples. Customer was very demanding and wanted replacement cases of all the products and that the tab issue was random. During this call, the CRS explained our procedure for defective product replacement and asked for samples or production codes - something that could help with an investigation of the product defect - but customer stated none was available and continued to demand replacement for all products. Our CRS mentioned that we could not send him cases of all the products he had listed in his email since that is not part of the formal procedure, but as a gesture of good faith would send a bag of the product most needed immediately (8/21/14 a bag of the [redacted] was sent & customer should have by this time). We are very sorry that this matter had to be reported to you, but we hope that you understand that we give every customer who contacts us either by web, phone, mail, or in person an individual reply and take their concerns seriously. This customer reported to you that we did not respond which is incorrect as demonstrated above. We attempted to understand the potential problem in many ways. We strive to maintain the best quality for our customers, and all customer feedback is important to us to ensure that every customer is heard and issues are resolved timely.
