be given the opportunity to clarify the situation. On July **, 2016, when [redacted] arrived at the Wellwood Car Wash, the customer was entitled to receive a free car wash. The free car wash value is equal to the cost of a Full Service Wash ($14.95). If a customer prefers any service above the Full Service Wash then the customer is responsible for the difference between the Full Service Wash and the additional service. The described situation is what [redacted] experienced.Had I been notified at the time of service, I would’ve been more than happy to explain our policy and waive the difference between the Full Service Wash and the Deluxe Wash ($23.95) due to the misunderstanding. At the Wellwood Car Wash and Detail Center our goal is to provide excellent customer service. I would like the opportunity to explain our policy and either refund the $9.78 or offer a complementary Deluxe Wash. We hope this satisfies [redacted]’s request and we look forward to maintaining a satisfied customer.

kids washed my car careless, staff requested more money for nothing, and threaten customer,

extremely not friendly area.

Not recommend any one go there, very racist. staff doesnt even speak english, very hard to understand, but nesty curse words.Desired Settlement: refund to extra charge $19.50
