Atterbury Job

I'm. trying to obtain my transcripts or a copy of my High school Diploma. I moved from FL to Ky and unfornately I don't have access to it right now. I requested it from Ms. Teresa W, where as she informed me that I needed to request it in person and allow 14 days b/c it had been quite some years since I graduated (1991). I advised her that it was "okay." Well, I received the email and immediately filled it out & faxed it right back.Then I called her to confirm this. This is where the Customer Service issues started. She never called me back ever. I've called several times & each and every time I get forwarded to voice mail. I've even request asked to speak with her manager and what do they do send me to yet to another voice mail and advised them that I desperately that a job opportunity is contingent upon these records. This has been going on for just about 3 or 4weeks now. Please help, I'm not getting anywhere or anything from them.
