I have done business with the Attic for about 12 years because I trusted the retired SM who owned it. But now, he is mostly hands off and allowing his son to run things which is bad! I recently sent a refrigerator for repair to have the seal replaced but all they did was to glue it and charge me more than $100.00 We talked to them about this and they picked it up again but this time when they returned it, it had new dents and was missing drawers. They swore that there were no drawers in it when they got it but everything was there. If we were missing parts when we evicted the tenant, we would have asked them to order them as we have in the past! I am so upset with this shop after this breach in trust that I nor anyone I have referred to him in the past will ever do business with them again. And by the way, we had to dispose of this refrigerator and but another because it stopped working the day after it was returned.
