I cannot tell you how pleased my wife and I are with the job they just did for us
We knew we had had animals in our attic -- and perhaps still did Two companies came out and confirmed our worst suspicions and tendered bids to clean up rodent droppings, removed the old insulation (where some animals had forged nests), repair/replace damaged ductwork, sanitize the entire area, and install new, more current insulation
The first bidder didn't even include new insulation in its bottom line -- and was a full $1,higher than Attic Construction
*** and his crew were marvelous He explained every step that would be taken… and then informed us that his crew had finished another job early and could start ours within minutes They did all of the work described above in 6-hours (the other bid called for work to take place over 3-days) They protected themselves with proper ventilation gear and and took appropriate rest periods, and they protected our property with plastic sheeting as they went about their business Their cleanup was so thorough, it was impossible to tell that a four-person work crew had been in our house
If your attic needs cleaning, get several bids -- but make sure Attic Construction is on the list

with all of the proper safety equipment, including a 3M Respirator mask,
Gloves, and full body Coveralls(Respirator mask filters are changed daily,
gloves are replaced daily, and Coveralls are washed daily)All of our
technicians are fully trained and use all of the protective equipment on every
jobWe have verified with both the crew leader and team that all necessary
protective equipment and procedures were fully executed during the jobOur company performs a high volume of jobs weekly, thus in
many cases we are able to “piggy back” on preexisting jobs and cut back on
labor and other general costsWe see this as a positive aspect of our company,
enabling us to provide lower prices for our services, while still earning a
profit as a companyThe coupon special for a $cleincludes removal of
rodent waste onlyThis is clearly stated on the couponThe services that were
performed and agreed upon were in an entirely different scope of workThis
includes the removal of debris, contaminated and inadequate insulation,
complete rodent proofing of the structure, along with sanitizing and

we keep photographic records of the inspected areas in our company’s archive
These are available upon requestAll work begins after a thorough explanation to the client
as well as attaining a signature to express written approval to begin the work
After the work has been executed in full, the client then signs the invoice

arise in this complicated process of cleaning and rodent proofing attics. We have tired to offer to send an HVAC company to fix the furnace for you, however you chose to turn this down. Furthermore we fully stand behind our 1 year warranty of rodent proofing service. We get great results with this service, but cannot assist you if you do not let us re-treat anything that needs attention. – again, please feel free to call us to re-inspect and fix any issue you may be experiencing.

[redacted], Attic Construction and I personally truly apologize you are not satisfied with our service. Our technicians are highly rated specifically regarding our integrity and honesty. We have performed a complete attic restoration at your property, including a thorough cleaning, sanitizing, rodent proofing and re-insulating your attic with new insulation, bringing it up to code. As with all our work, we document each step of the process with photos. We would be glad to share these with you to ease your mind as to the thoroughness of our work. These photos include before and after photos of your attic, including the attic area completely cleaned out and insulated. Also, there are numerous pictures of holes we have sealed to prevent future rodent activity. If you are concerned with our rodent proofing service or it was not performed to your utmost satisfaction, per our warranty agreement, we will return to fix this for you with no additional charge, if you choose to do so. Our clients satisfaction is important to us and we strive to ensure all our clients are completely satisfied with our services.

I was very happy with the work this company recently did at our home. They paid a lot of attention to my concerns (for example taking care that our new wooden floors didn't get damaged) and did exactly what they said would in terms of the attic clean up, repairs to the vents and duct work. It is good to know that the new insulation will help with the cost of cooling our house this summer! They also provided a written report and before and after photos. The staff was great to work with, from [redacted] who initially came to the house and the cheerful lady who answered the phone to the guys who came and sweltered up in the attic.

We had this company do an attic cleaning of the old insulation and then they put new insulation in in late November 2015. It was brought to our attention a few days ago (March 13, 2016) by an Air Condition consultant looking in our attic that the furnace was not properly shielded from the insulation. We were unaware that the furnace should have been properly covered and protected from the insulation. The insulation is covering our furnace and this is an extreme fire hazard. We were unaware this was improperly done and we have turned the heater on several times. We were lucky that we did not burn our house down. We have since called the company and they agreed to come out and fix this, but this should not have happened. We paid them $3000 to do their job correctly and instead we got a fire hazard. We have two young children and were unknowingly putting our entire family at risk each time we used the heater. If they do not fix properly, we will file an official complaint, but wanted to warn others of possible work done incorrectly.

[The attic had many holes to the roof and insulation is now full of droppings.  The technicians broke AC overflow pan and "faked" the furnace to work unsafely.  The technicians lied so many times to me.  I would never allow this company in my home again.  I want my money returned.]
