Review: This company was hired to replace the old air ducts in my house with new. They did the job incorrectly and apparently have no qualified personnel to do the job right. There is now no flow of air conditioning to over two-thirds of my house in this heatwave, particularly bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas. I understand that the attic is cooler than the living areas. I was diagnosed with pneumonia as a result of this situation. I've made several calls to this business to have them do the duct work correctly, all to no avail. They've been paid in full and refuse to do what is necessary to fix the problem.Desired Settlement: If they cannot do the job correctly, then they need to hire someone who can and will, and as soon as possible. My friend and I are in our 70s, and we have to live in this home. This situation is very dangerous to our health in this heat.
