Attic Salt

I purchased a ring that wasn't on sale nor discounted on Jan 5, 2020 but it didn't fit right. I asked for a refund on the same day of purchase and was told that I could only have an even exchange or store credit. The store doesn't even have anything else I want. The receipt clearly states that they will issue a refund on merchandise purchased within 30 days provided you have a receipt. Refunds WILL BE CREDITED USING THE EXACT SAME METHOD OF PAYMENT AS THE PURCHASE. The store manager refused to honor this; my mother contacted the corporate office and was told by the person that they would contact the store & give them permission to issue a refund but when we tried to get a refund on 1/15/2020, the store manager refused & claimed only store credit or even exchange on a gift card. There is NOTHING on the receipt stating this and I should be given a refund.
