Attilio Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Review: A plumbing man I know recommenced me to Attilio Plumbing service when the main drain in my house clogged. A man came with a machine to unclog the blockage from the basement main clean-out to the line trap and left with a bill of $175+ plus tip. TWO DAYS later, It clogged again,my basement was flooded at night with overflow waste. My washer machine,cloth dryer and carpet soaked in wasted. I must send children away from unhealthy odor. After 4 phone calls to answer machine & 3 hours waiting, [redacted],the business owner answered my phone and said NOT THING THEY CAN DO. If they come again, they will charge $50 plus possible additional work. They suggest me to talk to their receptionist to set up a power clean the main drain from another company work with them. I called [redacted]. They came to clean out the sewer line from the line trap to basement and all the way to the street sewage, was clogged with grease. They show video through the drain pipe after the work done.Desired Settlement: I want refund of $175 because the sewer line was clogged again after two(2) days and Attilio plumbing service refuse to come back without charging again.
