Review: When I went to see Brian N[redacted] the owner and operator of Attitude Art he told me that the repairs to my car from a collision with a deer would take no longer than a week. This is the 7th week and I have yet to get my car back, Mr. N[redacted] will not answer a phone call nor return one, will not answer the door when you stop by. He has straight out lied multiple times on the status of the car, he was paid in advance by the insurance company and refused to start work until he was paid and still never began the work. I'm stuck paying out of pocket on a rental after he assured me it would only be a week and he would reimburse the amount I spent in the rental, and as of no shock have yet to see the first day of a reimbursement. Overall a nightmare to deal with and has no sense of how to operate a legitimate business, worst decision I made yet!Desired Settlement: I would like to see my car finished and with the new parts he was paid to put on in the estimate, nothing used nor refurbished. I'd like to see the rental fees be reimbursed to me for his extended delay on starting on the car.
