April 24th 2015 thru April 26, [redacted] Mountain Reported to the Front Desk that his Fridge was not working and also there was Ants in the Room , staff working Offered to change [redacted] into another room since Guest was complaining . the Guest said NO they do not want to change rooms. at that...

point staff walked down to room to check the fridge and any concerns with Ants , Staff did NOT see any Ants . and Fridge was in working condition. later that night [redacted] Contacted front desk again and asked if his fridge can be changed . staff asked why since checking it nothing seem wrong. " [redacted] stated it was cold enough" once again Staff asked [redacted] to switch him into another room which he did not want . so to make him happy we contacted or maintenance man to carry out a fridge from another room into the room [redacted] had rented. the new fridge was placed into the room.the following Morning a female contacted the front desk from [redacted]s room and questioned when was check out , staff responded check out is at 11:00am !!!! on April 26, 2015 was the check out date which at that point they stated the full time they paid for. when driving out the parking lot [redacted] came to the front Desk asking for a full refund because he was unhappy with his stay and the room . I told [redacted] he refused to change rooms and stayed the full length and didn't mention nothing again till he left .
