As a former client they are disgusting unprofessional who don't work hard to fight for the client. Very unreliable, just not trusting people they put your information in harms way. There's no confidentiality , I have had such a terrible experience with this lawyer he should not be licensed causes so many mistakes and is looking out for his best interests not the client..
On September 14, one who idenfied himself as the owner of this franchise Mr [redacted] came to my home to elvaluate my cleaning needs- he spent approximately hour in my home going over my needs after which we entered into what I thought was a cleaning agreement for work to start in approximately two weeks after his cleaning crews had caught up after taking time off from the Labor Day holidayHe indicated he would call and email me when they would startThe agreement was to pay $for the 1st inital cleanings-then $weekly- With the number of rooms I had to clean- spoke with him regarding only hours for my cleaning- and I had some concerns how that could be done effectivlly- Was asssured that there would be cleaners It is now October 6, and I have yet too have any type of correspondence from his company not even an acknowledge the fact that he had been in my home and to welcome me as a new customerI have placed several calls to his office to speak only to speak with a customer service person who advised they see me on the list but owner has all my information and they will have him return my calls- to this dat I have not heard back from himI did e-mail [redacted] as well- in that email I advised I would file a complaint with our Revdex.com regarding his business practices- would have thought I would have received a response still no response.! I am aware this is a franchise business but I am unaware the the comopany that extended this franchise contract is aware how the Cleaning Authority names is being misrepresented Very disgusted with the name of Cleaning Authority
he Cleaning Authority was recommended to us, so we didn't expect any surprises from that company. Unfortunately there was A LOT.
To first initial cleaning crew got late for few hours. They were cleaning the house only for 2 hours instead of promised 3-4 hours when we were hiring them.
Crew has no idea how to clean at all, they did only 20% of their own list! House was left completely dirty. So they sent new crew to fix it - it was waste of time! For two cleanings they did less then 50% of what we paid for.
Next cleaning supposed to be in 2 weeks and... no one came! We contacted call center, but never heard back from the company! In evening we got message: "I'm sorry to have wasted your time waiting and wondering. I am not going to be able to continue cleaning at your home. I have lost some key employees/cleaners and do not have enough enough room on the schedule for recent new customers. Thank you for signing-up and trying our service."
REALLY, [redacted]?!!! In evening?
That's not a business - that's a complete 100% mess in everything, literally no single good thing about that company.
