We have removed all contact information for Mr [redacted] from our system and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused him

At the time Ms*** renewed her automobile insurance and her motor club, she remitted an initial payment of $249.00. Her remaining balance was set up thru *** *** ***. Due to the fact that the motor club is not financeable, the charge for it was deducted from Ms
*** initial payment of $249.00. Therefore, when she received her paperwork, it indicated that the initial payment was $174.00. If the motor club was financeable, her paperwork would have indicated an initial payment of $249. However, it all works out the same and the amount of the payments would have been the same as they are now. We would like to maintain a good relationship with Ms*** and feel badly that this was not explained more clearly. Therefore, as a one time courtesy, we are going to waive the charge for the motor club and Ms*** payments have been revised to reflect that. Our office manager has made several unsuccessful attempts to contact Ms*** to let her know this

Ms*** *** started a policy with us on 07/03/2015. At that time, she remitted a down payment of $and her balance was set up to be paid to *** *** *** in nine installments, beginning on 07/31/2015. Her payments were initially $126.27. However, Ms
*** *** notified us on 07/22/that she did not want the motor club that was included in those payments and the payments were decreased to $117.31. We have contacted *** *** *** and asked them to pull this customer out of financing. They have done this and returned her payments to us. This amount has been applied to her premium; and along with her initial payment of $237.00, she is now paid in full until 07/03/

On 06/30/2015, [redacted] made a payment on a policy that was in a cancelled state.  Upon receipt of the payment, our office immediately requested reinstatement of the policy.  However, his carrier, [redacted] Freedom, did not process this request.  We were not aware of this...

until 12/07/2015, when Mr.[redacted] contacted us regarding his license being suspended.  We promptly contacted [redacted] Freedom and provided them with proof that on 06/30/2015, Mr. [redacted] made his payment and that we faxed over a request to reinstate his policy.   They made the necessary corrections on their end and advised us that they would handle the impoundment fees that were incurred due to their error.  We gave Mr. [redacted] the name and number of who he should contact at [redacted] Freedom in order to get his reimbursement.  We have been in touch with [redacted] Freedom and they advised us that Mr. [redacted] has already picked up his check and signed the necessary release forms.
