There are a lot of marketing companies selling gas and electricityOver suppliers selling in NYWe have scoured our database for this number and found that it was called only times with a disposition of no answer the first time and the second time we received a responseI don't think a Revdex.com
complaint is warranted in this situationWe inserted this number into our DNC for future reference so it will never be called againWe do have customer service answering calls on these type of situations and it certainly would have been handles quickly had the individual called our office
We at Flanders is happy to reply with this complaintWe are a new
company who just started marketing in New YorkWe outsource some of our
marketing needs as most ESCO's in the industry doesIn looking into this situation, our marketing company stated
that they only called the customer one
time and did not have a door to door campaign going
on during the days and time in question *** *** stated he was visitedThere are over marketers selling
energy in NYIt is quite possible that *** *** was confused about who
keeps calling him and who is ringing his door bellIn any event, no service
exists with this client, he was not billed or required to pay any type of fees
His number has been removed from our calling lists and put on a DNC list
internally, which I would recommend he do for his numbers so he will not
be bothered in the futureWe take pride in our customer service and pride
ourselves on Quality and IntegrityAs stated in the complaint, Mr Smolyanskiy
is years old and does not speak English very well and most likely is confused on the occurrence of events
The account was enrolled by an outside marketing companyIt was not enrolled by a Flanders representativeWe are unsure as to how the account number was attainedThe marketing company has since been terminatedIt may have been an account that the marketer previously had signedWe do not tolerate this type of behavior. Flanders was recently purchased and inherited some of the old marketing companies that the previous owner maintainedThey are no longer with usOther than these facts we again are unsure as to how this individuals account information was attainedThe name and address we had in our system did not match your account information other than the account number
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
It stated what over 250 other marketers selling energy in NY. Yes it correct. All of them calling him, to person who not even speak English, just to put a note what they called someone. But somehow from all these 250, only Flanders Energy LLC was selected as a new services company. They said, what Flanders marketing company called him only once. I just want to know from where they got his [redacted] account number and how they knew he want to change the service company from person who not speak English. I need explanations how and when he was sign up for the service? From only one phone call? Thanks, [redacted]
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely,
