Called them before based on advertisement or commercial I seen on TV or the web for legal representation on a consumer credit law suit that a credit card company had against me. I spoke to a woman who told me they could not make a referral to a lawyer In my area apparently they don't have any lawyers that they can refer to from the bay area all the way up to the California/Oregon border. I then saw another advertisment for lawyer referral services and called the number I saw (not knowing it was the same company which shouldn't be a problem it's an ho.est mistake.... But not with this company.... Oh man! The gentleman (and that's putting it respectively)became irrate (seriously upset and disturbed) by my call saying "their company has explained it to me what's the matter with me tonight understand that they cannot help with a lawyer referral for consumer credit in the area that I live" I apologized and said look dude it ain't that deep. But go ahead and have yourself a nice day anyways. Fast forward a month or two later I was given their telephone number from the CALIFORNIA STATE BAR for lawyers for a referral for an attorney for wrongful termination when I called this time (not knowing it's the same place... I didn't memorize their number or tattoo it on my body so I know these are the same unstable minded people that I spoken to before the guy flipped his lid again interrupted me as I'm stating the purpose of my call and says "don't u get it we can't help u we have no lawyers in our Network for what u need" I told him he needed to calm down and that he was correct they have told me this buti wasn't calling for same lawyer type and I advised of the type I was needing. He asked where I resided and I pointed out he should know because (curse word) he was already cutting me off before I stated the purpose of my call citing that they don't have an attorney a my area on what I'm looking for.... So my guess is bro u know already know where I'm calling from but in case he really didn't know where I was calling from and that's just how their company answers their phones I advised yuba City CA. And even faster than one could type it in And click search he says no dismisses me and tells me goodbye. I then asked for his supervisor he said that he had one but no they won't speak to me. I said fine get me to their voicemail. he said that he could do that however he thought that they would probably not give me a call back so I said fine I'll hold on the line and he disconnected the call I called back another three times since and each and every time he's hung up on me... and on the last call he advised me not to call back to which I replied u can request that all you want but I'm not a Telemarketing business I don't have to abide by his request like a Telemarketing company would.... And that I a customer and he should treat me as such (with dignity band and respect...) He hung up on me again.
This caller reached out to our service and we were not able to help him. He became argumentative and profane. It is our opinion his complaint is unreasonable.

Pfft! I hope ur calls all recorded because I did nothing of the such!.... "Argumentative and profane?!" I could potentially see argumentative to the most sensitive person especially considering they were the one to get up set by my phone call in general and if I remember correctly my "argumentative" statement I made was in response to them being all annoyed because I called again based off of the information the state of California bar association gave me to find legal assistance with wrongful termination. After the man who answerd the phone in this instance got his feathers in a bunch just because my phone # was coming up on his caller id.... I might have responded in disbelief or escalated concern/query "well if you can't help me then why did the state bar say you could specifically for this type of case when I gave my zip code?!'" if that's their of argumentative and irrate or if me refusing to disconnect the call because I requested to speak with his supervisor to report he poor professionalism on the phone (see I thought potentially his supervisor wasn't aware of his poor attitude and demeanor.... But in their response it seems as if he were to not only lie for him but condone his employees behavior...) But after requesting three times to speak to the man supervisor.. he hung up on me. So I called back again thinking there might have been issue with my cell service. Well same gentleman answered the call and confirmed no phone issue I was hung up on. Amd if me responding to him in shock and disbelief because of the level of customer service I was receiving all around. You don't hang up on ur customer for requesting to speak to a supervisor.... You hang up on a customer for making fowl grotesque comments whether that be sexual in nature or not... But someone requesting to speak to a sup was never considered argumentative nor was it ever considered profane. Infact at the call center I worked for a bank for 14 yrs at hanging up on a customer who requested to speak to their sup typically resulted in a write up for the customer service rep or in other situations termination to their employment because their job was customer service and disconnecting on a customer who requests to speak with their sup has always been a big "no no" whether that was the bank I worked at for 14 years or the cable company that I use or my cell phone provider. I'm sure would all deem that as not customer service. In fact this is the only establishment where they fill this behavior is okay so this is why I took to sharing my experience with thd Revdex.com because it would appear that in my dealing with this company I get stuck prisoner in their backwards version of what customer service should be. So I thought I would publicly share if they were so proud of their customer service. And in reading their response filled exaggerated truths trying to villanize me when in actuality shock and disbelief is how most would respond to this kind of condoned behavior..... I'm glad that I did decide to go to the Revdex.com. Now the public gets to decide on if this is the type of business they want to help them when they get referred to them by the state bar.... Plus it give the California State bar association of lawyers a great insight on who they are making referrals to and what the public citizens of California are subjected to when they call this number based on their referral. Maybe it will then result in them discontinuing their use of this business as a sound reputable referral. And if that were the case my headaches and stress that I incurred by just dealing with this place would be all worth it.
