An order was placed on our website (***) using a credit card that the card holder subsequently reported as fraudulentThe card holder was receiving dunning letters that are automatically generated in our system until we were notified that the transaction was fraudulentOnce we received
this notification we stopped the dunning letters from being generatedMSC acknowledges that the card holder is not responsible for this transaction in the amount $The card holder will not receive any further communication from MSC
