Attractions Dining & Value Guide

I went to Cane Patch driving range and I was prepared to buy the coupon for 10 for $10, $100. The attendant said they no longer honor the coupon, even though it is NOT expired. He went on to say their prices went up and I need to pay the asking price only of $120, no discount at all. Really, then why did I buy this coupon book? How can you not honor what you have paid for in writing? "that's the way it is" ! Needless to say I will never go back to Cane Patch driving range again.

We have a signed agreement with the owner of the [redacted]. Signed by the owner.
We have published and have not received complaints from them since July, 2014.
We renew our agreements each year.
This year, [redacted] replied to our renewal with obscenities. I called him on his personal phone to try to resolve the matter.
He hung up.
Why would he accept the coupons for over 2 years and then change course mid way through a promotion?
We are letting customers know that we are trying to resolve the matter and will replace their coupons with ones they request from the over 400 places that are enjoying our support.

The Owners of [redacted] are Drs. [redacted] and [redacted]. I defy Attractions to show me any paperwork that either of us have signed authorizing them to sale anything related to our business. Furthermore, since the OWNERs did not sign any paperwork originally, not only have they infringed on a corporate copyright by reproducing it unlawfully, they have illegally profited in our companies name and we will look in to pursuing legal action. Finally, for the unsuspecting companies that do actually sign up for Attraction the company SHOULD have the decency to make clear that they will continue to print coupons and profit off of the companies name ad infinitum, which on its face seems absurd.
