Great service
First time visit there. Very impressed. People very understanding, honest, polite and efficient. I WILL go back there.. I was there for a recall issue. Actually. The work done was faster than they said it was going to be. Shuttle service there and back was an added treat.

Stay away this place is the worst dealer
Would like to give them zero star.
Worst dealer and customer service I've ever experienced. They don't answer their phone their answer machine tells you to leave a message but their Mail box is full and they simply hang up. If you do manage to leave a message they don't respond.
On my last visit for a recall, they didn't perform work, didn't bother to call to inform me that they had preportedly completed their inspection and are were supposing ordering the parts for the recall that I scheduled a week earlier (would think they'd be prepared with the parts of the recall). Invoice stated they'll call when parts arrives but since my phone has changed and (after 4 years of repeatedly informing them to revise the number) they refuse to change it on their system, I can't see them ever calling to complete this critical recall repair.

Every instance I've dealt with this dealer has been a problem, when I ordered a bolt they ordered a ball joint (waited 7 days to get the wrong part).
On my first oil change of my new car they gave me a flat tire, then patched my new tire incorrectly which I had to later purchase a new tire, and then found out that they lost the key to the security lug nuts which had to be broken off, the dealer took no responsibility. This incident of dealers incompetence cost me in excess of $400, this dealer didn't care that they caused this problem and offered no compensation.
This is my first and only critical review of any company,

Brought my elantra in for a check engine light notification and an issue with car not changing gears properlyAfter an issue with a longer than wait for a diagnostic, more than hours, was told it was a significant jobAsked for a loaner based on the size and time requested for the repair, 3-days max and was initially told, "we do not have any loaner vehicles available"can you believe this from a car dealership? days later, I was informed via email of the final cost and that the car was ready and for us to return loanerupon reading my email the following day, while at work, I informed them I would be there at the end of my work dayIt was followed by, " that is not acceptable, it has to be returned before noon or be charged for a day rental fee"When I returned the loaner early in the afternoon, and paid the invoice of $2700, I was glad to have the vehicle repaireddays after the initial visit , this was concluded....I drove off the parking lot and the feeling of gears not shifting properly was still very much evidentI contacted the service manager I was dealing with, the next day to express my discontent and ask for answersI called and left multiple messages, since, to multiple people at the location and also included multiple service personnel and managers in some email correspondenceyet, days later, no one has bothered to return a call or emailMy check engine light which was evident from day one and the gear shifting issue is still presentWondering if they actually changed parts out at all, as anything that was actually broken has not been fixed, obviouslyI have heard about garages keeping a bucket of old parts in case people asked to see the broken part before agreeing to the repairI never asked but maybe I should haveeither way, what would they have shown me?? Their diagnostic process is poor, their mechanic must be incompetent and the customer service we have received from day one leaves something to be desiredweeks later, I am out $2700, my Elantra has the exact symptoms it had before the diagnostic, and I cannot get an answer or resolution from anyone in the Attrell hyundai service department

My car dealers are hyundai sante fe , and I purchased in My battery stopped working in less than years and then I called the dealersThey were late responding on what to do , I kept calling them from the monday 2nd june morning 9:am but they did not respond to me until 1:pm later after getting frustrated when I got upset they asked me tow the car to the dealer , I was in rush as I had baby with me to back home They towed my car by 2:and by 3:i had to pick my baby back to home, my husband had to take half day off to drop me and baby till hyundai dealers when they said battery is gone and there are no battery currently available and not sure when they will get it and they provided us with the rentalI kept calling them for my battery as I was not comfortable with the rental car and they said they will take care of the rental, they took days to replace my battery and informed on friday 8th june at 10:and I was at work , I went to pick up my car same

Purchased a used *** * ,low mileage, dead battery, squeaky brakes,dead key fob, broken wiper blade, not fluup as told, full warranty papers not given, transmission filter and fluid very dirty needs replacing, this vehicle is not driven a lot, how does this happen? Battery replaced only after instancing and coming back the next day, to find that their was no battery waiting, my car key fob not working returned after being told to go buy a battery and bring it to the mechanic as they were busy on Saturday 3-times for that as the other key fob then wasn't connected.Was told to go to *** Dealership down the roadBeing laughed at by sales person as well as manger,being told what now "is the problem" .Made to wait several hours inconvenience my life , work ,college Why?

My First Visit:
March 24,
09:am: I bought the advertised offer for interior detailing, along with routine oil change and service, and coolant flush; left my car with Attrell dealership, and went to my office, in downtown Toronto
02:pm: The service dealership called me saying the car was ready for pick-upI told them I'll come around pm as I work in downtown Toronto, and also requested a ride from the closest GO Train station at Mount Pleasant
Due the the severest of inclement weathers of the season that day (you can verify this) my train was repeatedly stopped before arriving at the Mount Pleasant Go Station, and I kept on keeping their staff up-to-date on the delayI therefore reached dealership service office after office hours, in the dark
