Review: I was approved for $7000 personal loan. I was charged fees for insurance and for funds to be wired. I never received the funds. I was informed there was a problem with the investor. So they increased the loan to 10000 and charged me more fees. They stated they would reimburse me the fees. I gave them $6390. Then I was told the loan wasn't going to work and they would give me a refund. 2 weeks later I still haven't received the refunds. Now I sent emails and calls without a response.Desired Settlement: To be reimbursed for my fees
Review: I applied for a personal loan. I was contacted and told amount I was approved for but they required collateral. I was told the amount of collateral required and sent the contract with the terms of agreement. I sent the money via [redacted] as required. Then I was told I had to purchase the additional insurance but Attwell would cover half. So I wired my half. Then was told they wouldn't cover the other half so I paid the other half after I was assured that the funds would be deposited in my account in 4-6 hours with no other holds/charges/issues. This was not the case as when the funds did not appear I was informed I had to pay another fee to have the funds released!!! Then when I requested a refund I was informed it would take 14 business days!! Furthermore, each time I found out about the next fee it was because I called them. I was never contacted by my loan agent to let me know what was going on. I should have gone with my gut when I was told about the second chunk of money they required but I was praying for the best. I had even checked online about the company and had not seen any scam alerts!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to have the loan processed ideally. I was perfectly happy with the amount, interest and payment terms. I wanted and still want it to happen. The deposit and insurance amounts were indicated in the contract so I am okay with that but there was NO mention of a release of funds fee!They should be required to follow through. Otherwise I want a FULL refund of the $2100 I have paid plus the [redacted] fees they said they reimburse for which is $159 and IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!
