the only thing they said that was true was I did purchase it as is but when you are told it has been gone through and all is good you hope they are being honest it was agreed upon at the time of purchase that they would deliver it since we have no way of transporting itthey delivered it very late in the day and the engine light came on the first minutes it was here when they came to pick it up the atv sleds employee was in my garage n saw all the fresh oil on the new card board I had it parked on n when he started it saw the engine light on and said we will check that out too as far as me leaving it there for a month is another lie because they knew we had no way getting it to or from there when they brought back out it still leaked oil just as bad as when they picked it up and the engine light was srill on also when they said last week I said I would bring it in is yet another lie because they know I have no way of getting it to them I will not deal with this business anymore as they have shown they are very dishonest that's why I wanted my money back

Customer purchased used machine as is and used it for months then had an issue, the check engine light came on and we picked machine up from his house looked at it the same day we picked it upCustomer then let machine sit hear for about a month before he came and got it now called back about months later for an oil leak which is the first we have heard anything about an oil leakWe then told him we can still take a look at it for him when he called last weekHe then said he was going to bring it in and I told him we would GIVE him the 4wd switch I had in stock, take a look at the oil leak, and he was going to bring it inWe have tried our best to make the situation right but customer is unwilling to work with usPlease keep in mind this atv was purchased AS IS no returns and he signed the form where it was stated and we still fixed it for no charge even after delivering atv for free when it was purchased

We run every machine we sell through our service shop unless stated, we have full time techs and if any warranty work was going to be done it would need to be at our shop even though machine was sold AS IS witch the customer was aware of at time of purchase and also signed a AS IS BILL OF SALE
customer never once called us back with a complaint until he said his buddys shop already completed work which customer could not provide us with any of the old or bad parts that he claimed were badWe sold him atv ramps not utv ramps which customer knew when purchasing them

When machine came in for service there was mud and sand packed all over the machine the weekend after we sold it one of our sales guys seen machine at a mudding event and by the looks of it was not driven easy machine had been sank and need a
top end witch we did at discounted price and machine ran great when it left our shop unfortunately any machine they buy and get sand/mud in the motor is not going to hold upIf I could attach pictures I would machine was clearly abused after purchase

The sand was in the engine before it was purchasedThe oil was full of sludge when we changed it shortly after purchasingIf the sand were introduced after purchase there would have been sand in the air filterThe machine was not sunk at the mud event as I am the one who picked it upI was told the dealer put in new rings, pistons, valves and valve guides, not just a top endThe oil was not change after the dealer made repairs he claims which means, if there were sand in the engine, it is still in the oilI believe the unit was faulty when purchased by the dealer, he did not check it out, indicated by the dirty oil and filter, and sold it in that same conditionThe engine was ruined by someone driving the machine for many miles without doing any maintenance, including changing the oil, oil filter and air filter

You stated earlier you only did a top end yet I was told, and billed for pistons and rings as well
The pictures may show sand in the engine, they do not convince me it was not there when the unit was purchasedThat sand would not accumulate in that short time the unit has run, less than tanks of gas
