I can't find this guy any where in our systems If you could, please ask the customer to supply both of us with documents for us to see when, what and where repairs were doneand if it was even at our shop I would like to see his original purchase contract for the vehicle when and where he bought it newand if we did repairs, he would have a copy of the repair order Without that I have no idea how to find him, and would bet he is thinking of some one else.If these repairs were a problem in the past, did he bring it back to us within days of the repairs so we can make right, what we supposedly did not correctly repair? I am rejecting this response because:They didnt fix my exhaust, they gave me a gasket to do it myself, I have proof, I have a work order from ATV Whole sale Outlet< and I have a new repair shop that gave me a repair work order and if you contact them they will tell you the "upgrades are illegal, and the cost of new repairs are as much as a new bike....I also contacted *** *** who is from C.A.R.B(***), he knows about ATV WOLESALE OUTLET, and this is now the third scooter they have done this toI also have enclosed jpeg files to prove this....thank you *** ***

The attached work order has several problems.  The work order has parts covered,  and we can not read most of the writing at the top.  So we have no idea what it says.The work was done nearly 3 years ago.  No one in the company will be able to remember,  or respond to any of this complaint.  How can some one complain 3 years after work was done?  Are you serious?  We don't warrantee repairs from 3 years ago.  Tell me who would?  [redacted]  [redacted]  [redacted]?    If a Uni air filter was put on,  it was because this company ([redacted]) has no parts,  and the original was not serviceable.  The maker/importer of this motorcycle has been out of business for years,  and went out of business because they made a poor quality vehicle,  and never had parts.  We do not change jets if they are not plugged up,  and we do not put a UNI air filter on if we can service the original.  Most of these factory air boxes come in broken,  cracked,  and un-fixable.... so we have no choice but to replace them with something else to filter the air.  I want to know why this person is complaining about what ever it is that they are complaining about 3 years after the repairs are done?  I can't take any of this complaint serious.   Our repairs are warranteed for 30 days.  Not 3 years.

Review: California emissions...+ bad repairs, I have a 150cc hornet scooter, I had repairs done that failed, caused damage, + they performed + put on parts that are e legal. I wanted repairs done, + they convinced me to make upgrades that are e legal in california...the window in my front brake came out + I wanted atv wholesale outlet to fix...the window popped out again leaked brake fluid on my paint + fairing..the exhaust was coming loose, they "fixed it" came loose again think damaged my motor I tried to fix myself...bolt snapped off they jetted my carburetor, put a different ignition on, + air filter.(+ kept my parts). I recently took it to another shop for repairs,(nor cal scooters) they took one look @ it + knew where I took it to repairs .They have another hornet in their lot that had e legal repairs done to it also @ atv whole sale outlet....I spent over $600.00 in repairs + im not happy + need your help....[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want my repair money back, and or the cost of a replacement for a new scooter.I cant even sell my scooter, I was told if I did I could get a $5000.00 fine for the e legal parts put on it. DMV has my money already for registration also...
