My mother had a flood disaster that was covered by her insurance policy and the claims adjuster referred me to [redacted] @ Solid Restorationwith a construction background and this being my 1st experience handling this type of issue I had many questions and asked for many reassurances during the restoration process and I can't recommend SR enough [redacted] was on top of everything, accessible, and went above and beyond to get the project done right and in a timely mannerI would recommend them to anyone! UPDATE: there was a leak detected after all the contractors work had been completed and payments settled [redacted] did not hesitate to take care of the issue and reimburse for the bill receivedAgain, I cannot recommend Solid Restoration enoughworking with them has been a pleasure
