Atwest Rent A Car Corp

The business owner said that there would be a hold put on my debit card for $350 dollars and said that it would be removed after 2 days from when the vehicle is returned. Instead of placing a hold, he took $350 out of my account and has not returned the money into my account. It has been more than 1 week since the car was returned. When asked about the money, the owner cursed and insulted me, telling me that he has not returned the money, and doesn't know when the money will be returned. Also, when paying for the rental in cash, the owner did not have change and was overpaid a dollar. He said that he would pay me the dollar back when I returned the vehicle, but there was no one at the office when the vehicle was returned.
