any repairs at no charge. Mr. [redacted] is very aware of this and yet chose to never contact us about any complaints instead just filing a complaint. Also, Mr. [redacted] was in Montana through out the duration of the build and had his brother in law stopping by frequently to take photos and make payments. Payments were not always made on time and several times Mr. [redacted] was reluctant to give us the information required by the trailer company for us to take possession of the trailer. Payment were requested at most a day or two before the phase was completed so that we could purchase the materials for the next phase without running into delays from waiting for shipments to come in. Considering how adamant Mr. [redacted] was about having the trailer done on his time line we thought he understood perfectly how reasonING behind it. Mr. [redacted] is the one who said he "didn't feel like he owed us anymore money at the time the trailer was to be picked up. That's when the owner said he would place a contractor's lean on the trailer and call an attorney. Again, there was a very detailed contract and it clearly states that the trailer must be paid in full at the time of pick up. Mr. [redacted] approved everything from the two awnings to the ice bin. Brand new ice bins cost close to $1000.00 new and in order to adhere to Mr. [redacted]s budget a used ice bin was quoted and provided. Mr. [redacted] was aware of this. ATX FoodTruck Builder will still gladly make the required repairs to Mr. [redacted]s trailer as stated in the contract, but we will not pay for someone else to do the work. Also, the trailer is wired for 120 volts for 30 amps OR 20 volts for 60 amps, which is more than he requires.I
