ATX Mini-Schnauzers

I am only writing to you in hopes of preventing another pet owner from getting scammed from *** now currently under the business name ATX Mini-SchnauzersIn July under her other business name CTX (Central Texas Schnauzer) I purchased for approximately $a teacup schnauzer that she is currently showing pictures on her website/listing in which she claimed was AKC registeredShe guaranteed the pets health (including any congenital defects in writing) and arranged for me to pick the puppy up at the Austin AirportI spoke with *** several times prior to picking up the puppy (including the night before) and she advised me the puppy had no health issuesThe puppy was paid for in full and upon arrival to pick the puppy up (she advised me at the airport) the puppy had a mild Grade Luxation Patella but she probably would grow out of itHer veternarian who reported the luxating patella mysteriously did not put that information in writing when certifying the health of the puppyShe assured me that I had hours to take the puppy to another vet and should there be any problems that she would pay for any health problemsPer the signed contract agreement I immediately took my puppy to the vet who diagnosed the congenital defect to be a severe congenital Grade Luxation PatellaAccordingly the contract she stated that I had to then take the puppy to another independent doctor for a second opinion in which that other vet also agreed the congenital defect was a Grade Both doctors had advised me the puppy would need surgery but to wait until she was at least a year oldUpset, I attempted to contact *** a couple days later within the hours and she advised me that she would get back with meNeedless to say she refused to honor the contract that she signed and then refused to accept my calls, emails and certified lettersI have taken my puppy to a couple of animal hospitals in which the surgery schedule for this year will run me between $to $for both kneesIt has been heartbreakingIt is noted that she currently has only a mixed breed schnauzers listed for $125+ and hopefully that is all that she will be selling and not the AKC pure breed teacup/toy schnauzers that she was asking $1,000+ In fact she never provided me with the AKC registration that she promised me in writing, over the phone and at the airportThere are no excuses the plain and simple fact is that she liedIt has been proven that Karma will get you and I have heard that *** has been blessed with hers but I am asking you to watch over future buyers on your site to ensure they don’t get scammed like meI do love my puppy and would go to the ends of the earth to ensure that she is well taken care ofI thank GOD that she has brought joy into my life and I feel there was a reason that I have been tasked to help herI just dislike all the untruths that were surrounding my purchase of her and the fraud that *** perpetrated on meWhen filing the report I list the $as what I paid for the puppyI also want your agency to be aware that I paid $for a plane ticket to Austin, Texas; $for the vet appraisals, $for parking at the Airport, $for the money orders from the Post Office for a grand total $1,Subsequently, after surgery my bill for that puppy will look more like on the low side $(puppy + vet fees) + $(surgery)= $5,for a supposedly AKC teacup schnauzer (NOT)!!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!
