*** *** statement is not accurate and does not represent the truth,as he stopped by several times to check the vehicle before it was purchased by his wife*** ***'s English communications skills are very poorHe can not communicate
accuretely on a speaking level.I do not believe that *** *** would not have bought the vehicle due to the fact that the vehicle only had one keyI never mislead *** *** or any other customer since I have started this business*** *** bought the vehicle as is.If a second key was so important why would he agree to leave with one keyI never made any verbal or written statement in regards to second key.As a sign of good faith and trying to increase our customer base, couple days later after the car was purchased, the check engine light came on,*** *** immediately threatened to call his lawyer if we do not fix the problemAll he needed to say was the light came on and I would have taken care of the issue as we do for all our customersHe was very condensending and rudeThe repair cost about $including parts and labor which I assumed responsibilty even though the vehicle was sold as is.
Again, I never stated or implied that another key existedIf a car comes with a set of keys, it is usually with the car and the keys are given before the customer signs the papers and leaves

I am rejecting this response because:
I have documentation to support it.  Enclosed please find the copy of message from ATX.  In the short message, ATX agree that he told me he has two keys for the car and he said the second key was with his brother.  Additionally, in the message ATX said he douldn't find the second key now.
The above means that ATX is not true that he said one key only.  If only one key, why ATX told me that the second key was with his brother?
Please read the copy of message from ATX.  Also, what is the legal ATX business address?  I checked with State officer and the address on ATX business card is not true.  I am waiting for ATX business address, request by texas customer.
