made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: 1) T dealer's statement "the rotors were cut after receiving the customer complaint" is untrueMy truck has not been near the dealership since my complaint was lodged2) Furthermore, the service manager attempted to contact me twice to my knowledge, and then only after I tried for several days to contact him (being put on hold and told that he was "unavailable), and finally complaining to somebody in sales (I was not able to get through to the dealership general management)The first time he called was on fri, sept * while I was travelingWhen I returned his call, I was put on hold for a time (I estimate 5-mins) before I hung upThe same was repeated once again - this time I identified myself, explained that I was returning the manager's call, that it was urgent and that I would not wait forever, and I timed my wait on hold (mins) before hanging up once againTo my knowledge that was the last call from Toyota. I went to this dealer in the first place to get regularly scheduled service under my extended warranty planMy main issue outside of that was to get the special frame rust treatment as per the Toyota recall on that problem for the TacomaThe rotor resurfacing and pad replacement was part of an additional ~$of work proposed to me during that visitThough My truck was at the dealership for over a week, the frame treatment never happenedLast week I received an additional recall from Toyota about a dangerous leaf spring defectLooking at mine I could see that one side was literally coming apart, with one leaf sticking out laterallyThe truck is parked for safety reasons. I have an appointment with a different Toyota Dealer this Tuesday (Sept **), to get the brakes examined, and both the frame and leaf spring recalls addressedI will be able to supply additional documentation after that

Response to complaint # ***, We at New Rochelle Toyota spoke with *** *** in regards to his complaint. Our service manager offered to replace the Evap Canister ( monitors emissions ) for *** ***. There were funds owed to *** *** from a lift kit which
was misplaced, approximately $140. Service Manager spoke with *** *** and suggested replacement of Evap Canister at no cost. *** *** agreed and is happy with offerCurrently parts for repair have been delivered. New Rochelle Toyota contacted *** *** upon receiving parts for repair. A loaner vehicle was offered to *** *** while repair is completed ( at no cost). *** *** is bringing in vehicle on Tuesday 01/**/ If there are any questions or concerns please contact me at any time. The deal that was made to my mother and I was $while also reimbursing us for our tow which was $After receiving the car they offered us $which didn't even break even for the price of the tow we payedAfter being upset with that offer they gave us $There was never a deal made explaining if we took the $that the tow would not be refunded; so I am waiting for the check for the reimbursement of the tow like we were promised The reason why we towed the car all the way from New Jersey to New Rochelle Toyota, NY was because of the deal we were promised and they were excited to take my car inThe deal was then flipped on us as soon as we arrived to Toyota with the car and now we are being accused of corruption from the mouth of the manager Nate himselfHe has been very rude to us during the whole process making inappropriate comments and causing us a lot of stressAll we are asking for is the refund of the tow of $650.00, we aren't even fighting for the rest of the $If we were given the $as promised, we wouldn't be fighting so strongly for the reimbursement of the tow, but since we weren't I expect the refund of the tow, because Toyota did take the car and should refund us for the tow as promised.

Upon  looking  up original deal,  [redacted] recieved the same deal as first agreed upon.  The payments on the original buyers order- $377.78. The payments on final contract $377.78. In regards to the $599.31 owed for damages incured on the Lexus, there was no prior agreement...

for damages. The Bill recieved after turning in the Lexus was never included on any doucuments within the deal folder.

I believe I am dye a full refund of my depositbecause of a verbal and written agreement, signed by the manager of the business in question, which stated I sm entitled to a full refund of my deposit if requested which request I have made

To whom it may concern;   Regarding the 2006 Toyota Solara;   On February the [redacted] 2017 [redacted] called the dealership looking to sell her 2006 Solara with a bad transmission. She said the car was in the shop in New Jersey. I ( Nate G[redacted] ) instructed my assistant business...

development manager (Jillian C[redacted]) that her car can be worth "UP TO" $1500. Jillian explained to [redacted] that we would have to do a physical appraisal on her car to be exact. [redacted] then proceeded to ask about the towing fee. I then instructed Jillian to tell her to pay the towing charges, and New Rochelle Toyota will reimburse her towing fees if she buy or lease a vehicle from us. [redacted] decided to tow the vehicle. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, the vehicle had other issues other than the transmission, tires, brakes, four cylinder instead of six cylinder. so after negotiating with [redacted], we agreed on $800 for her car. [redacted] left the dealership and the check was sent to her within ten business days. Two weeks later MS. Demaest called me (whom I never met) requesting, and demanding that I reimburse her for the towing charges. I ( Nate G[redacted] )  explained to her that was not in the deal being that they did not purchase or lease a car from us.  We have all our notes which indicate this.  We also have phone calls recorded where [redacted] contacted the dealership and was looking for the $800.  [redacted] did not have her lean release at time of transaction.  Therefore we were unable to provide [redacted] with funds ( same day).  We did complete the transaction upon receiving proper documentation.  At no point during this and any part of the process did [redacted] ask for or mention anything about the tow fee.  It was clear from the very beginning, the tow would only be absorbed IF we came to an agreement on the purchase of a new vehicle.  Please let us know if there is any information we can provide.  Thank You

I am rejecting this response because:I definitely mentioned there were maintenance workers that came to our apartment to address the problem with AC unit. I don't see any rationale in saying that there were action taken while these actions did nothing to solve the problems that the original requests were made for. Taking action on maintenance request is all that was done and nothing more. The repairs were never made and the problems persisted throughout our tenancy. This is still the reason why we moved out of the unit without notice. We refused to continue living in an environment that had ongoing problems that were never resolved by the maintenance workers attempts.

I received the complaint for Mr. [redacted] who previously resided at ATX North Apartments, [redacted] #[redacted], Austin, TX [redacted].Regarding the complaints in his letter, I am not aware of any action that occurred prior to 1/1/2016 as I was not employed here at that time but I can tell you...

that action was taken regarding any complaint he had after that time. Mr. [redacted] was in breach of his lease for failure to provide sufficient move out notice, for this reason he was charged a fee. We will not be issuing Mr. [redacted] a refund as he has requested. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or require anything else from me. -- Thank you, [redacted]Property ManagerATX North
