Good morning. We sincerely apologize to Mr. [redacted] for this unfortunate experience. We spoke with Mr. [redacted] after we received the complaint. He received his Rebate Check on November 10th and he seemed happy with the outcome. I have attached the correspondence between Mr.... [redacted] and us confirming that he received his check. We are available for anything else at this time.It is important that clarify that our company (ATX Solar Solutions LLC) did not install Mr. [redacted] ' project. This project was installed without our knowledge, but was presented to Mr. [redacted] as our company. I have clarified this major issue with Mr. [redacted] and we are consulting with our legal team on how to proceed forward. We pushed the issue to make sure that Mr. [redacted] received what he was promised, but we did NOT know about this project until Mr. [redacted] made his complaint. ATX Solar Team

Good morning.  Thank you in advanced for helping us resolve Mr. [redacted] complaint, I have been communicating with him for nearly a couple of weeks now to resolve his concerns.  The complaint that he has written has to do with his rebate check totaling $1250, which was promised and owed...

to him.  When I became aware that he had not yet received his rebate check I called him myself to offer to pay his rebate check out of my own account because I care about him as our customer.  That phone call was Friday the 13th of this month (October 2017).  I offered to come out to his home to hand him the check.  Mr. [redacted] informed me that he had already received his check and that I did not need to come out to his home.  We have been working with Mr. [redacted] in other issues such monitoring for his system and make sure he is satisfied and we will continue to do so.  I have been the main point of contact for Mr. [redacted] lately and will continue to work with him to make him feel satisfied.  Thank you for the opportunity to respond to his complaint.   Regards,   [redacted]  Director of Operations
