giving 1 since zero is not a choice. had a dead battery on my two year old car in my garage and AAA sent ATX VIP out. my tech neglected to tell me the battery was under warranty and sold me a $106 battery with the traditional AAA battery invoice but since he phoned in my cc I did not get a receipt. when I contacted nissan they agreed and asked for receipt to reimburse me. tried three times to get a receipt emailed from company and have heard NOTHING. ALWAYS GET THE ANSWERING SERVICE. thumbs down
