Part I received was clearly used even though it was listed as newThe part was also brokenI purchased an entire agitator assembly and was able to piece together a working one between the parts I received and the old parts in the washerI would have returned it right away except that I hadn't been with a working washer in a week and was in desperate needWill never do business with this company again and I warn others to stay away

I ordered a Viking Part for my stove on Nov 26, 2016. Website said part will ship in one to two weeks. On December 28th I sent an email, one month after ordering, that I would like to cancel my order and receive a refund of funds they had held for over a month as I had found the part elsewhere. At 10 pm the NIGHT of my request, my part was miraculously shipped and I received an email, "too late, part on the way"..Sketchy! They didn't ship my part until I asked to cancel my month long order. I called the contact number on the website and spoke with a very rude and aggressive man who told me that his company has "nothing to do" with the warehouses that ship parts. Huh? That's an excuse? Then who did I order from? He also told me that were not a "fly by night operation" and had been in business over 8 yrs. Not impressed! I would avoid this disorganized company and find parts elsewhere! Poor service, poor communication and zero customer service skills.

Bought the in-laws some dishwasher racks they needed as a gift during the holidays. The top rack was problematic, wasn't working as the old one did, nor did the part received visually match the part advertised in the picture. Come to find out, a small plastic piece was also broken in addition to the aforementioned. Well, by the time the holidays came and the problem was found, not one of those problems was enough to convince [redacted] and ATXI INC. to allow me to return the item due to their 10 calendar day (not business day) return policy. It was about 15 to 20 days by the time I called up to return. Even if I was allowed to return, there is still a 25% restock fee and non-refundable shipping, meaning I may have been refunded less than half what I paid with shipping. When every other appliance company is touting a 365 day return policy, in addition to the negligent customer service and general disregard for the quality of the products they provide, why wouldn't you choose to shop elsewhere?
